Best management company we have ever dealt with. Margaret is very serious don't let that scare you off. She is great at protecting your investment and by the book. If the tenant is responsible for something she holds them to it. She will let you know what needs to be done and what doesn't. I have never trusted a property management company more. They have been perfect. If any tenants are complaining I guarantee it is because they did something they shouldn't have. You are lucky if they decide to take on managing your property!

I had a stressful week and something occurred that I needed to talk with the management company. Luckily, Margaret Hurley and her amazing staff were able to resolve the issue the very same day and in a timely manner. I felt like I was being heard and understood which is what a lot of property management companies fail to do with their clients tenants. Awesome job College Real Estate!

I don't recommend this company, they are very helpful however the cost of leasing through them will cost you an arm and leg. After dealing with that company, from the deposit which came to nearly 2500 I only got back 500 from that!! Most of the repairs were done on the building that was cute from the outside but the inside was molded which had been painted over.. there were leaks and other things that needed repair and was their responsibility to care of, but yet took it from my deposit. I still had to pay rent for the month I left.. Do Not Do Business with them.. they are a ripoff!!!

I am a current tenant and couldn't be happier with these ladies. Every time something has gone wrong they are on top of it without hesitation. I love my part of the world here in Stockton and I have good neighbors and that was a nice plus for me. If your in the market of relocating or in need a bigger place to live I highly recommend College Real Estate.

We use College Real Estate for home rental service, it has turned out that it is a very good agency.
We met and spoke with Margaret at our property in late Sep, 2018, she spent time patiently listening to and answering our questions and providing objective data regarding the market, and then she had professional photographs taken soon after.
During the winter, the market was slow, Margaret discussed with us and suggested to lower the price (twice) to attract more interested customers. After 4 months of marketing, the property was rented by tenants in late Jan, 2019. Before the tenants moved in
