We offer a wide array of management services for conventional and affordable apartment communities. James Doran Co. has been in property management and real estate development services for numerous years. They take great pride in the management of their apartment communities and have creative strategies in developing their properties. I have always found their personnel to be professional, extremely responsive and their properties are top notch. They work well with community partners and are always looking for ways to give back.

I really wish there was an option for "0" stars cause this company is the worst. I live in one of their apartments and my complex went from April to July, almost August with the grass not being cut. Come to find out the contractors quit because they were NOT being paid for the services rendered. Around the place looked like a forest. It was getting to a point where you couldn't see the sidewalk entrance to the building. Trash every where, they NEVER answer the phone, the list goes on. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
