I was referred to Chris and Dawn by a friend and couldn't be more grateful. Coming from the west coast, the thought of buying a home in a brand new town (not to mention side of the country) was very intimidating, but Chris and Dawn made it easy and ENJOYABLE. This was our first home buying experience and it was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Chris and Dawn walked us through every step of the process, even just explaining and breaking it down for us, no matter how basic our questions were. They took us to multiple showings on multiple days and really worked around our schedule. Throughout the closing process they were there constantly checking in and contacting whoever we needed to get everything done on time. The folks at Charleston Home Properties really took their time helping me. I used their web site to search homes for sale in Charleston and get new ones emailed to me. We would talk about the one's I liked and when I come in from out of town we would go looking. We did this several times before I made my decision. The communication and professionalism was fantastic.
