I would rate this absolutely 0 if I could. Tanny casablanca is 1 of the nastiest rudest Karen's I have ever met in my entire lifetime. I wish that her client base would leave her business & take their money some where else. She is always screaming at ppl in the parking lots surrounding her buildings & making threats. I cannot believe that a business woman would be so foul mouthed and rude.

I would not recommend this place to buy a home. My daughter used them and they do not work in the best interest of the client. They did sell her house so I was planning on selling my house with them. When I found out the broker joked about her mental health, I was absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism.

Just closed on our first house! We were impressed by both Scott and Tanny. They are more worried about finding the right place that fits your wants and needs rather than commission. If you are looking for a home in Ann Arbor or surrounding area, make sure to give this team a call.

I had a wonderful experience with Casablanca Real Estate.
They were very patient and understanding with my wife and I. We were first time home buyers and we really didn't know where to start. Our only requirements were that it was a NEW and BIG house, with a large yard that backed up to either a nature preserve or open field.
The challenge was that the year was 2008 and no new houses were being built.
Tanny and Scott had helped us immensely in finding and purchasing our first house in Pittsfield Township and Ann Arbor Schools.
