My experience at Array was a classic case of haste makes waste. I was quite excited to call during lunch and be able to get an appt for a blowout that evening when no one else could get me in, but honestly maybe they should've declined as well. I arriced at 6:10 for my 6:15 appointment and the receptionist told me the stylist was running 15-20 mins late. It sounded as if she were still en route to the salon, but that could've just been my interpretation.
I waited for about 5 mins when the receptionist came to the seating area n said again that it would be 15-20 mins. She was very apologetic

I have tried a few salons out and I've even gone to Array once before. I wasn't impressed with the last stylist(who is no longer employed there) but I was willing to give it another shot. My new stylist Shelby is incredible for the amount of time she has been doing hair professionally. She was professional and friendly and thorough. While my hair was stubborn, it turned out beautiful and unique. Which overall was cooler than I had intended. It has been a few years since I have found an adequate stypist and I have to say that I have finally found one. I will be stivking with Shelby and look gorward

I’m so happy with Array Salon. I went there on a Sunday and could schedule an appointment really quick with them a few minutes before my hair cut. Heather was the hair professional who attended all my requests and did my great transformation. My hair was a long one and I asked for a short hair cut.
I loved the final result and am looking forward to come back again. Thank you all for your professional work.

I came in for a color, the pricing was over two times what we were originally told at the consultation. not only that but i did not get at all what i wanted, and she dyed my hair a completely different color than what i wanted before asking me before hand. she was nice and my hair felt healthy after, but still, i didn’t get at all what i wanted. she was a good stylist and all but she did not communicate to me what she was doing nor did she give me what i wanted.

I love array! It can be on the pricey side, but you are really paying for the fantastic skill of the stylists and the quality of their work. I've had my hair colored there twice now-- it not only looked amazing, but it also felt amazing because my hair felt cared for and healthy afterward. I'd trust anyone at Array to do my hair, but Maria is my favorite! She is amazing at doing natural colors.

WOW where do I even start! Heather was AMAZING! She was so friendly, and she truly listened to exactly what I wanted. I’ve been SO afraid to get my hair cut anywhere since I’ve moved to the area, but I finally went ahead and scheduled an appointment here and I couldn’t have made a better choice. I got a curtain bangs/layers haircut and a blow-out, and I’ve truly never looked this good in my life.
The prices are SO reasonable for what you get, I almost couldn’t believe what it came out to be.

I walked past Array and looked it up on Yelp, of course. They had great reviews and now I can see why! I was very impressed with the salon as a whole and especially Hannah.
I have very curly hair and going to a new stylist can be very scary!
Hannah took the time to talk with me prior to doing anything to make sure we were on the same page. She is incredible knowledgable about curly hair (she herself does have curly hair which helps!). She then washed my hair and put a deep conditioning treatment on. The lay down shampoo beds are amazing! I could have fallen asleep. haha!

My First time here at this salon and my experience was fair. Figured I would give it a try since I walked pass by here all the time on my way to work.
I got a haircut and a scalp treatment by Angie. She was very attentive and kind. The place was PRETTY clean.
The front desk lady was great as well. I liked my hair cut, it wasn't exactly what I wanted but it wasn't nothing I can't deal with. I wanted long layers and wished I was given more layers than what I received but not a biggie...For now. Lol

I'd been to this salon in the past and really liked it but I didn't enjoy my experience this time unfortunately. I'm only in town for a few days and wanted more blonde. The first day I went in, my hair was toned and stripped of all of it's color, it turned into a dirty ash blonde which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. It had a green tint to it. The cut was amazing, but the color made me really sad. After telling them this, I was invited to come back the next day. I was given highlights to make my hair brighter, but I still feel like the color didn't turn out as expected

I was in SLC for a couple of weeks and desperately needed a haircut. I found Array Salon on Yelp and got in for a same day appointment with Ashley. She did an amazing job on my hair and it turned out exactly as I'd hoped. The cut was also very reasonably priced compared to other salons I've been to - highly recommend!

Went in last week for a much needed cut and color. They squeezed me in and Bryan was so great. I'm the worst girl. I didn't look at pictures to get any ideas and didn't even know what I wanted done with my hair just that I needed about a foot chopped off. We sat down for a few minutes and I loved all of Bryan's suggestions so we went with it and he did AMAZING!! I am so in love with my hair now and I will definitely be going back!

I like this place a lot, especially because of their hair washing stations. you don't sit in an uncomfortable chair with your neck hanging back and aching - instead, you LAY DOWN and relax. you get your hair washed; treated, or toned AND A SCALP MASSAGE. WOW.
when u arrive, ur greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered a drink.
honestly, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I used to go to Tonni Harris here but she moved salons, and the person that cut my hair next didn't do as good of a job as Tonni.
the prices are steep but worth it. trust. you're paying

I've been going to Array for almost two years and love the salon, the employees, the experience, and the value.
Ashley is my stylist and I could not be happier with her. She takes time to talk to me about what's working with the cut from the last visit, what I want to change, if I'm comfortable with what she proposes, and continues to confirm as she's working - truly a consultative experience. Her attention to detail is incredible and i have been so impressed that she's willing to take the time to make sure my hair is perfect before I leave her chair.

Had a really good experience at this salon. I am from out of town and just needed a wash and blow out to attend a wedding. Maria was my stylist and I was very pleased with the results.
Called in a few days ahead to make an appt and it was a breeze. Was kindly greeted by staff and offered a water, tea, etc. The washing area was a unique and comfy surprise. Loved the overall look of the salon. Just bumbed that the salon and staff are not in my hometown.
