I was disappointed. I bought fancy new faucets for the bathroom from the supply house. They sent an apprentice to install the sink faucet, and he couldn't do the job. James came and took several hours to complete the sink and then said he couldn't install the tub faucet without breaking through the tile.
I am pretty sure he had the interior component backwards because the next plumber I hired cut the pipe 2.5 inches and soldered a new piece without needing to get too close to the tile wall. The o-ring goes on the inside, not against the wall.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for your employee, Justin. He was very professional, responsive, and efficient for both jobs I requested. I was purchasing a condo and needed someone to look at the furnace/HVAC system because it looked like there were water leaks. He was able to look at it and get me a quote/report within 2 days so that I could get it to the seller in time during the inspection period. After two other plumbers I reached out to didn’t return my call I figured I’d try someone new. I called Jeff Burke Plumbing and I’m glad I did. James who came out to do the work adjusted his day last minute to accommodate a time change I needed last minute. The work was done expertly…and James was very professional. Couldn’t be happier with the work, service and even the price…it’s rare to find a plumber who doesn’t gouge you on the price. Definitely will use for any future plumbing needs.
