We have used James several times and have been extremely satisfied each time. He responds to your calls and arrives on time as scheduled. We recently had a water heater issue from another guy that James came out worked with my HOA and had the problem fixed instantly. We also call him from time to time with simple questions or issues and he has walked us through it right over the telephone. He is very knowledgeable and is definitely our “go to plumber”: I would DEFINITELY recommend him:

We had a very good experience with them. He is professional, honest and respectful. He was kind enough to accomodate us at short notice when we were left out in the cold by other plumber. I'd certainly recommend his services.
