Universal Shine

The staff that came to my house were great, through and responsive to my dog. They have a different business model. You can schedule them for a single clean, are open to windows inside.

When we needed my uncle's carpets cleaned, I called around to a few places. Universal Shine was the most reasonably priced and could clean at the time we needed them. Tristan did such a great job, we had him clean my parents house as well. Not only were both jobs done exceptionally well, he really went out of his way and gave us the best customer service we've experienced for a long time. Everyone at Universal Shine was a pleasure to deal with.

AMAZING job well done by Yenifer and Alexis!! My parent's no longer lived in their home and I had to go through everything to get it ready for sale. I needed someone to clean the home but also the carpets. They went beyond my expectations and did a beautiful job! Like it was their parents home. Showed up on time and very professional. I never wrote reviews but I was compelled to while waiting in my car in the drive way as they finish up. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!

I had a family friend that worked their and they treat their employees horribly. My friend would come home telling me that they would just scream and purposely yell at them because they weren’t cleaning “correctly” understanding there is a dress code but from what my friend has told me their dress code seems unprofessional. I feel there needs to be more organization and more education when it comes to a certain way of cleaning and how to treat employees “EQUALLY”

After the passing of my mother. This is one of the companies i was looking at. I was so impressed by their compassion and above all their work. They came over and quoted a price. We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

I needed to have carpet stretched in a new home we had just purchased. I wanted it done before having furniture delivered so it needed to be done fast. I spoke with Armando who was extremely friendly and helpful AND he said they could be there that day!!! It was sooner than I had expected so I scheduled for the next day. Matt arrived at the specified time and he too was extrememly friendly and professional. Matt did an excellent job and explained what he was going to do and also did a walk-through afterward to explain what he had done. The price was VERY reasonable and the work was quality
