Hello we are a Window Cleaning and Screen Repair Business. My name is Robert Viles, I have over eighteen (23) years customer service skills from many branches. We have learned and nearly perfected the best way to interact with and satisfy our customers. I have over Thirteen (13) years window cleaning experience.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit card payments. Payment is due at the time of service. We currently do not offer payment plans. We prefer to take Check, Apple pay, and of course Cash, as any other form of payment takes a high percentage from our small family business.
However deep cleaning of tracks including removal or vinyl tracks, or mold or mildew spots around framing will constitute a extra charge. This is all backed by our 2 week satisfaction! Any time there is an excess of Construction Debris such as but not limited to stucco, plaster, or paint on the windows, there will be an additional charge that varies depending on conidtion and size of job site.

However for any negitive reviews we ask you try and work things out with us first. Robert did an amazing job on our home windows! Some were not in the easiest locations to get to and he was able to get to them all and do an excellent job!

Conscientious, professional, quality window and gutter cleaning service in our area. Robert Viles, the company owner gave me a bid prior to scheduling the work, which detailed what services would be completed and the price and when we decided to proceed, he scheduled the work. I really appreciated that his bid process allowed us the option to select whether or not we wanted our window tracks cleaned, which we did decide to do for an additional charge because of the extra time involved. I also asked if our gutters needed cleaning and he checked and said they did not at this time. I really appreciated

Here's what I loved about Robert Viles...I needed to find a window guy and decided to message over Yelp to see what I could find. Robert was not only personally responsive to my questions and pics, he was also able to demonstrate a genuine interest in my need to do it quick, cost-effectively and with an aim to have a long term/hometown window guy.
