Simply Smiles Miami is a family-owned dental practice that provides the local community with two highly trained, board certified dentists. Dr. Kiara R. Miro-Trujillo and Dr. Alexander D. Trujillo make the dedicated medical team at Simply Smiles Miami that will provide you with personal patient care and professional quality.

We gave 5 stars, but we'll also give Simply Smiles a 10/10 and 2 thumbs up :) My wife and I went in for a routine check-up and they took great care of us! I'd recommend this practice to anyone - whether you need a simple cleaning or a large procedure. They'll take you and make you feel like heard and seen. We'll be back!

So let me start by saying the quality of work done by Dr. Alexander Trujillo was up to par with other dentist Ive seen in the past. What I do not appreciate is the blatant lies and lack of professional care/concern for his patients time. His office hours clearly state they close at 5:00 PM and his office staff set an appointment for 4:15 PM which was verified via text and email. On more than one occasion Alex called minutes prior to my appointment time in order confirm I would be arriving as scheduled. When I replied "Yes I will see you at 4:10", which is 5 minutes early to the scheduled appointment

I recently starting going to Simply Smiles Miami, and I have had nothing but great experiences. Every time I walk through those doors the customer service is 10 out of 10. The dental hygienist don’t only clean and care for your teeth, but they build a connection that goes further then that. Did I mention they see kids too. My son had appointment and he loved it.

Absolutely stellar experience!! I came to this office with three apprehensive small children, who had just been picked up from school and were not expecting a dentist appointment. From the moment we came into the office, the receptionist was kind and friendly, engaging in conversation with the kids to start putting them at ease. As they clung to me (all 3) in the waiting room, I looked around and found everything to be extra clean, pleasant smelling, and with antibacterial available. The hygienist called us in and was the sweetest lady. She took X-rays and reassured my 4 yo when he momentarily

The experience I had in this office was amazing and so welcoming, the front desk girls have beautiful smiles and super nice, the doctor had such a diversity in the office from kids to Elderly patients and the two doctors had such great attitudes.. I have been coming here for a year now and everyone is wonderful. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially the office manager, she always tries to accommodate me with all my needs. The dental hygienist is gentle, knowledgeable, and so kind. She always makes me feel at ease during my cleanings. Last but not least, the dentist is fantastic! He is very conservative when it comes to cavities and pushing services. I never feel like he recommends anything that I don’t really need. He always takes the time to explain things to me thoroughly in order to calm my dental office fears

I highly recommend this group! My children have been patients for several years. The office is very smoothly run and well-staffed. I appreciate their simple and straightforward text reminders for appointments. Dr. Trujillo is warm-hearted and caring, but most of all--takes the time to explain cleaning and procedures to my kids in a way that is honest and reassuring. Appointments never feel rushed. COVID related note: While I waited alone in the waiting area for my daughter, someone came out twice to wipe down reception glass and high touch surfaces.

This is the dentist office to go to even during Covid. They are professional, clean, safe and have a long standing level of experience. They have been seeing my family for years. They use the latest technology to address all of your dental needs. The front staff is courteous and friendly. They make follow up calls as well as use text messages to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I definitely recommend Simply Smiles Miami.

I recently moved to this area a little over a year ago and have had very bad experiences with dentists. Overpriced, trying to do extra work when not needed and the one experience where they were even doing a proper job and made me have an anxiety attack!!! I FINALLY FOUND Simply Smiles and they took out two of my wisdom teeth without hassle, without complications and the dentist KNOWS what he is doing. I will be switching to this company and he will be my forever dentist. Not only is he bilingual 100% he really good at his job and tries to even make you laugh. My dentist of 30 years retired so it was time to find the next 30 year dentist. After considerable research I found Simply Smiles. The Dentist and Staff were very considerate and helpful (also younger so they can out live me). The exam laid out exactly what I need to do and the cleaning was very pleasant. Beware of this office. They are nice in the beginning but when you don't do the work they say you need, they become rude. They are unprofessional and not honest. I had 2 different types of work done because they said I needed it but, after the 3rd, I went for a second opinion and was told I didn't need the work they were telling me I needed. The hygienist is rough. Overall, very unhappy.

I have been a loyal patient at Simply Smiles for over a year. Usually I do not write reviews, but I have never been so blatantly disrespected like this.
I made an appointment a week in advance. I received confirmation texts days before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I received a call and text while I was at work an hour before my appointment time. I do not check my phone while I am working, so I did not see the message until I left work to go to my appointment. All I saw was a text that said my appointment would now be rescheduled an hour later- which did not work with my schedule

Let me start by saying I do not like going to the dentist. I can deal with pain anywhere else, but when it comes to my mouth, I can't. This was my first time ever going to simply smiles, my wife is a regular there. As soon as you walk in, you get this feeling like if you have been there before. The ladies in the front desk are very professional and courteous and make you feel at ease. The dental hygienist is very good at her job. A truly pleasant experience. The front desk staff was warm and inviting, with little-to-no paperwork to fill out, my first dental visit in 12 years was already off to a good start. Having a huge fear of the dentist had kept me away for much longer than recommended. Once called in, x-rays were taken and then a consult with the very sweet and soft-spoken, Dr. Kiara Miro-Trujillo. As gentle and mind-easingly possible, she let me know the damage that had been caused in the past 12 years and then reassured me that everything would be ok, everything was fixable and that I would be taken care of.
