I'm Alysia, but I simply go by Al. I have a love affair with all things aqua or mint, enjoy caffeine a little too much, love to dance while making a mess in the kitchen and believe that it should be everyone's goal in life to be happy and pass on the good karma. I am the woman behind all that is Pleasantly Captured Photography.
The Oh What Fun session is what is considered a traditional mini session in the sense that it is short and sweet. Conversely, the Jingle All The Way session is more. More time, more backdrop options and more images. This was created based off responses to a poll I administered through social media and I hope you all enjoy this new offering.
Your newborn session will be conducted at the Pleasantly Captured Photography studio -- because lets face it, you have enough to worry about with a new little one and the last thing on your mind is picking up around the house! Here you will also have access to all of the wonderful props and accessories I have to offer.

Al did wonderful job with our little one. I was nervous about spending few hours at studio to take pictures of my newborn because my baby was fussy one. But Al was very experienced dealing with fussy baby and handled her beautifully. We had wonderful time and the pictures turned out amazing. So glad we had our pictures taken with her. Highly recommend her!

I absolutely loved Alysia. She did my sons 1st year cake smash session. The session didn’t go totally as planned because of my son, and there was some disappointment because of how my son was. However Alysia was truly amazing and understanding. We worked together on what we both felt was fair. Totally adore Alysia and would recommend her to anyone, and on top of not having a good session due to no mistake of Alysia, she still managed to get a couple cute photos! ❤️

100% recommend Alysia to take any type of pictures you are interested in having done. I can’t say enough great things about her and how welcoming she is. She was very quick to respond to me when I was looking to schedule my daughters 1st birthday cake smash. Very informative with what the session pertains up front. Very reasonable prices also. During the session she makes you feel at home and very comfortable, she was wonderful with my daughter and very patient. The turn around time on getting the photos back were phenomenal. We just got our newborn photos done here and we couldn’t be happier! Al did an amazing job and was so patient with our daughter, it made the whole experience very relaxing. She had everything we needed there at her studio which was very convenient (swaddles, headbands, etc.). I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing photos done, especially if it involves children!
