Services
Sick kids can't wait for quality children's health care, which is why each pediatrician at Health Care for Children is committed to seeing kids the first day they are sick, even if it's a Saturday or Sunday. A pediatrician is available for your children 24 hours a day, every day of the year. At our Liberty, MO, children's health care practice, pediatricians see patients seven days a week.
When our 4 year old daughter had pneumonia, Dr. Rinker provided us with excellent care. Her close monitoring of the situation and calm demeanor were comforting as she started treatments in the office, arranged for the ambulance and admission to the hospital. We are thankful for the good healthcare we receive from the office.
There is nothing more concerning or important than the health of your child. At Health Care for Children, our children's hospital consists of talented, compassionate pediatricians who care about your family's well-being and specifically, your kid's health. As a result, we offer comprehensive child health care services that give you the attention your child needs to obtain an active lifestyle.
We believe strongly in the immunization guidelines put forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Adhering to this schedule as closely as possible is the best way to protect your child, as well as the other children in our community and beyond. Unfortunately, many parents are continually exposed to misinformation and unscientific evidence that calls into question the safety of vaccines and this recommended immunization schedule.
If you're looking for a pediatrician to conduct a physical exam or wellness exam in Liberty, the Northland or Kansas City area, look no further! We specialize in kids health and are happy to provide a routine check up and wellness exam as a part of your child's pediatric care. Physical exams (physicals) are one of the most important factors in preventive health care for both you and your child.

The doctors are only in it for themselves. They don’t want to give you an actual answer on COVID vaccinations and the effectiveness.

My child received a vaccine too early at this practice requiring him to have to get a repeat vaccination for school. Furthermore, they wanted to charge for a whole doctor visit for their mistake just to get a vaccine. As a medical professional myself I took my child and business to a different office and the difference is night and day in the services and care received.

Wow! What a great office. All of the Drs are amazing and highly talented. We learn something new every time we go there from Dr. John, he will diagnose and educate. Dr Rinker is our primary and I feel like she genuinely cares about all of her patients on a personal level. They have taken care of my siblings since birth and now take care of my baby boy who is 6 months. Also the staff is awesome! I trust them entirely. 5 out of 5 stars!

I haven't really had an issue with them until today. My 3 children and my 2 step children go to this facility.
I have 1 teenage daughter that is having a situation with depression that she just let me know about. Like most specialists they need a referral from your primary doctor first to be seen at a specialist like that. I called to ask because I feel like this is an urgent situation I need to get handled fast. The receptionist sent me to a nurse who was very rude. she kept cutting me off. I finally said "look I know this may not be important to you but it is to me, if my daughter is having

We absolutely love this office. The staff is always so nice, and Dr. Rinker is our absolute favorite. She takes time to really listen to me and engages my 1.5 year old. We have never had an issue getting in for urgent exams, and the nurses are always really receptive to my calls on the weekends/after hours if I have questions. There is sometimes a wait, but I've never waited more than 20 minutes past my appointment time, and honestly I would wait longer for Dr. Rinker if I had to because I love this office so much. I also utilized their Lactation Support group when my daughter was younger and it

I have some issues with this facility. Most of the doctors are good and caring, however my first issue has to do with a doctor talking about his VASECTOMY to my wife while she was in there to get my daughters immunizations?!?!?!?! Additionally, every time we bring my daughter there to be treated, the wait time is ALWAYS over an hour. That is just the time in the waiting room. When you get back to an examination room, the nurse is in there fairly quickly, but the doctors take another 20 minutes to get back to see you. Then when they are there it's a 15 minute visit that you have waited over 90 minutes
