Dr. Raman Gill is a highly skilled dentist who takes pride in providing the highest quality of care in a comfortable environment. She believes that healthy oral hygiene habits start early on, and she emphasizes this point to her patients and her family as well.
Teeth cleanings are necessary to keep your teeth clean and healthy and to help treat gum disease. Want to straighten your front teeth but don't want to commit to wearing braces for a year or two? Crowns and bridges can be used to strengthen teeth and to cover the gap left by a missing or extracted tooth.
For people who have generally healthy gums or gingivitis. In this type of cleaning, the parts of the teeth above the gumline get cleaned and polished. You do not need to be numb for this, and it only takes one visit. If you fall into this category, your teeth should be cleaned every six months. This type of cleaning is for people whose gums are unhealthy, who have a disease called periodontitis.
A common concern about x-rays is radiation exposure and whether you need them. As with all medical procedures, the risk is weighed against the benefits. The low amount of radiation in dental x-rays means that the risks are essentially insignificant, especially with the lower doses of radiation with digital x-rays.

My experience with Dr Gill was amazing. She was able to make me feel comfortable by explaining what she was planning to do. She also kept me distracted by conversing with me. The rest of the staff was kind as well and they didn’t make me wait too long. I will definitely continue my dental care with Dr Gill.

This is the best dentist office I have even gone to Dr.Gill is amazing her staff is amazing and Vanessa is amazing. I also bring my kids there and Dr. Gill is amazing with them they feel at ease and comfortable my son who hates the dentist and cries at the dentist office was great and not a peep out of him but that’s all because of Dr. Gill she is so great with kids and takes her time and reassures them. Thank You Dr. Gill and all your wonderful staff I will never go anywhere else.

Just left the office and had a wonderful experience! I brought my 22 month old for his first cleaning which I was a little nervous about.Dr.Gill and Vanessa were awsome! They kept him entertained and happy which is not the easy. He left with some goodies and a smile on his face! I'm going back next week for my cleaning. Thank you ladies for a smooth and easy visit😁

I am amazed at how wonderful of an experience I had at Monroe Family Dentistry. Having had a terrible experience before finding this gem of a place was heaven sent! The staff are friendly and courteous. They truly take the time to know you and ensure your comfort, every step of the way. After all, we are allowing someone to literally poke and drill… around in our mouths, comfort and trust are an integral factor in making it a smooth and painless process. Awesome staff that got me right in. Dentist was also super friendly and made the whole experience much better then a normal dentist visit. Went in for a cleaning was told about a little cavity and chipped tooth and they got me back in the same day! Dentist was so nice I didn’t mind seeing her twice.

I recently broke a tooth and went to see Dr Yaseen and she informed me it would need to be removed. I told her I recently had a couple heart procedures and she looked at the list of medications I was on including blood thinners and immediately she contacted my cardiologist to discuss the situation. She then told me in detail what my doctor said and… insured me I had nothing to worry about and explained what she was going to do and the aftercare of it. I could not be more thankful on finding her! I highly recommend her and the staff couldn't be more friendly. I will definitely continue to

I wish I had found this dentist years ago. She is great. Is very conservative and doesn' do any procedure unless it is really needed. Very gentle and professional.
You can tell that she is being very careful with everything she does. Will never go to another dentist, and neither will anyone in my family. I cant say enough good about her!
