At Petit's Auto & Performance we are here to assist you with your auto repair needs. Our goal is to apply our knowledge and repair skills to your vehicle with accuracy and success. We are a full service repair shop and we are available to talk with you about your vehicle whether you have a concern and need a repair, or if you have been thinking about adding to the look or performance of your vehicle by adding some aftermarket accessories.
To book your UTV or Snowmobile rental, please select from the options below, call 715-466-4377, or just come in to the shop! If conditions deemed unsatisfactory by Petit Rides, all rental fees will be refunded in full. Cancelations 16 days or more than the rental date will get you all of your rental price back, minus $30.00 office fee.
Petit's Auto & Performance, LLC. is located in Minong, Wisconsin on a main trail system connecting to the Wild River and Tuscobia State Trails. Within blocks of our UTV rentals you can find a UTV friendly campground, access to lodging, shops, bars, and great restaurants. If you prefer to ride in another direction you can travel on many miles of scenic trails surrounding the area lakes, campgrounds, resorts, bars and eating establishments.
Washburn County has some of the most scenic snowmobiling in the state. Over 240 miles of groomed trails wind through public forests and across private land cover hundreds of thousands of acres. It would be hard to beat the Washburn County area for wilderness sledding that is close to lodging, great food establishments, and other amenities.

We contacted Petit Performance for two 4-person rentals on the Tri-County Corridor trail near Superior Wisconsin. There were eight in our party traveling from northeast Ohio and Florida. Petit Performance was easy to deal with and very accommodating. For an additional charge, they dropped off the vehicles and picked them up for us on schedule and at the agreed upon spot. Take Note: Highly recommended for any out of town Geocachers looking to do the challenge trail!!!

Had an issue with my high mileage (250K) Explorer on vacation.......they were able to get me back on the road with some creative solutions......saved me the hassle of trying to find a way to get myself and my boat back home 400 miles away........set me up with a loaner for a couple days and had my Explorer done and ready a day earlier than expected.......great service and staff......very reasonable cost.....ran great all the way home.......thanks again !!!!

Rented side by sides here twice and both experiences were met with friendly staff and great machines. The prices are fair and comparable to other rentals in the area. Recommend doing some research and planning your trip on polaris ride command app. We'll rent from Petits any time we need extra machines and plan to rent snowmobiles in the winter as well. Highly recommend.
