I was vacationing up north and really needed to get my transmission fluid checked for a possible leak before the long trip home. Dave and Wally's shop was completely booked up, as was every other place locally. Everywhere else turned me away either because they were so booked or because they didn't have the special dipstick that my vehicle required. The receptionist at D&W's was wonderful and welcomed me to stop in for a check despite their packed schedule. When I arrived at the shop, they immediately checked my transmission fluid. I was so relieved that they were able to check it for me before
