I work in real estate and development, so I've dealt with multiple inspectors over the years. Bryan was a referral from a realtor I trust, and I found Bryan to be even better than expected. I called Bryan on a Monday and he was able to schedule an inspection on Tuesday morning. He was flexible with my schedule and showed up earlier so I could meet him to go over the report. He was very thorough and detailed and put us at ease as first time home-buyer about moving into this house. Would definitely recommend.
