I had to schedule an inspection for a home and I was promptly contacted and scheduled without me having to reach out to do it myself. Jeff was the inspector and he was very professional and informative. He took the time to take us all around the home to point out what he had noticed and answered our many questions. Jeff was fantastic! Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the time and detail he gave to our inspection. He only does one inspection a day and spent 4 hours on our 1800 square foot home. He bothered to check things I know many other inspectors would have likely missed. He took time to go over all of the items that would be in his report and added an easily readable summary at the end of the report we received. He answered all of my husband and mine’s questions about how we could go about fixing certain things, and made it easy for us to decide what we would need fixed immediately

If you appreciate honesty and integrity, then this is the home inspector for you. Jeff was meticulous as he went through my new house and found many things that needed attention and noting on the contract.
His report was concise and thorough. He even went above and beyond and offered to meet up once the repairs had been done. Hats off to this company.
