I hired them to clean bathroom tiled walls and floor in a rent house. It was a complete waste of money nothing looked any cleaner. They didn't even clean behind the commode and there was still dirt in the corners. I highly recommend do not use their service.

I sent my area rug off to be cleaned on May 20, 2021. I was told they would have it for 3-4 weeks. When I didn't hear from them by the end of the 4th week, I called. I was told they had not been able to clean it yet and they asked for another two weeks. I agreed. After not hearing anything after that time, I once again called. I was told the humid weather was causing a delay in drying. I waited another week and was told 'not yet'. After 8 weeks, they finally called and said my rug was ready. We scheduled a delivery time between 8-12. On the delivery day, I had not heard anything

Completely ruined my baseboards all over my new house, the machine broke and flooded my floors and also my garage because the cords broke too! The worker that was here was so nice and his hands were tied with the bad equipment he was given. Four months later they are dragging their feet to fix my baseboards. Would not recommend unless you want your baseboards damaged and residue left all over your floor that you can’t get up for about 3 weeks!!

Carpet cleaning service may be great for all I know, but I hired them to do tile and grout cleaning for one shower. I cannot stress enough that I could have lit $145 on fire and achieved the same results.

Massive mistake hiring them!! The job was clearly way too much for them and they tried anyway leaving me with a bill and now having to hire and pay someone else to fix EVERYTHING!! Promised a quote before starting the job and all I got was 30min's/room....3hrs later they finished the master bedroom. Tried working with them to make it right and here we are two weeks later only to have their guy tell me that he's only here to evaluate the job not start it....Their equipment quit working in the first room yet continued working knowing they couldn't do it right and I also had to buy

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I made an appointment set it for 2 days later, got called back with a confirmation. NO SHOW!!. I called them after the posted time ( 3 hour window mind you) and got an apology " cant reach the technician" will you reschedule? What could I do? I had wasted a whole day off work waiting. Made a second appt for the same cleaning 189.00 for 5 rooms. Same thing happened all over again, NO SHOW, NO CALL. Chemdry called after the alloted time an asked did I want to reschedule again? After 2 days of taking off work with no results you can understand I was a little put
