If I could give Kato Florals 10 stars I would. Maria and her team are an absolute dream team. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, the Kato team worked with me to perfect my vision for the florals. I had an idea of what I wanted, I provided them photos for inspiration, and they quoted accordingly. When the day of the wedding came and I finally saw everything come together, I was absolutely blown away. Maria and her team went above and beyond to make sure the venue was decorated perfectly with florals, candles, vases, etc. They even took time to move florals from the ceremony room

Maria promptly answered questions and concerns that I may have had leading up to the wedding and was so pleasant every time, keeping my worries to a very minimum. The most beautiful arrangements I have every seen, the bouquet had me crying all night long. Absolutely nothing could have been any better. I can't say enough about Maria and Kato Florist. Maria so very kind, and a pleasure to work with. We are not local and we had to do everything over the phone. She knew exactly what we needed and put together a beautiful tribute in flowers. I have NEVER seen more beautiful flowers in my life. She sent us pictures of the finished product. Maria Kato of Kato Floral Designs did an amazing job on my bouquet! I'm from NY and eloped in Savannah in April, 2021. Maria couldn't have been easier to work with. She listened to and understood exactly what I wanted. When I wanted to switch one of the flowers at the last minute, she was so accommodating. I contacted Kato Floral Designs because of all the great reviews... I live in another state and wanted to send a special arrangement to a friend in Savannah. Maria far exceeded my expectations with an elegant, low and lush design. I had a few special requests that she eagerly accommodated and I am thrilled with the outcome. Her communications were excellent and she even texted me a picture before it was sent and confirmed delivery. I really appreciate the personal service and awesome creative talent. Quite simply the best!! Our daughter got engaged in Savannah this week end and I ordered flowers from Maria to have waiting in her room. Well, it wasn't just flowers I received, it was the most spectacular, fresh, and beautiful arrangement I have EVER seen!! My daughter was ecstatic! In addition, Maria gave us bags of gorgeous rose petals, and then came back to the hotel to deliver a crate big enough to get the flowers home! Maria was able to deliver flowers in a tight window to surprise my fiancée on her bachelorette party weekend. She LOVED the flowers. Happy (future) wife = happy life.
She has outstanding customer service and even followed up with me the morning of the delivery when she was having trouble connecting with the bridesmaid who was her delivery contact.
What impresses me most about her follow up is that I was only spending $100 on flowers and there is a very low chance of me being flowers from her again since we are from Annapolis and have no ties to Savannah.(I would 110% use Kato ago, it just is

I contacted Maria for help with a surprise engagement in Savannah. Not only was Maria helpful in being discreet, she also delivered an amazing display in our hotel suite at the Andaz Savannah. We were stunned to find rose pedals everywhere - she didn't miss a single spot (even in the toilet! heh), candles, and a beautiful main arrangement that earned tears from my new fiance.
