Offering exclusive Pilates classes with 1 or 2 clients only. There are open windows for ventilation on all sides of the studio along with HEPA Air Filtration and over 600 square feet of personal space for you, exceeding the current State guidelines for fitness studios. The studio features Reformers and a Cadillac built of solid Rock Maple, the first choice for Pilates professionals.
To facilitate a range from meditative to aerobic workouts, I utilize a TRX Rip Trainer, a Bosu Balance Trainer ball, resistance bands, sliding discs, Yoga Trapeze, Kettlebells, Barre Exercise and Matwork according to each individuals' needs. Working together, using a combination of complementary exercises, we enhance your core fitness and well-being.

Services
When first experiencing Pilates, a minimum of 3 private sessions is recommended. Initially you will be integrating the breathing, posturing and alignment sequences at a comfortable pace. Then, as your core strength increases, the workout becomes more aerobic. Work-outs are geared towards each individual's needs and become more challenging as one's strength and flexibility increases.

Pilates has become an integral part of my exercise program because of Jo Carter… Her studio in the woods is in a serene setting that fits the mood of pilates exercise perfectly..
Jo gives us her undivided attention and gently corrects our positioning to avoid injuries… because of the small classes (3 students) we each receive a good deal of individual attention… I feel this personal dedicated touch has made me feel comfortable and confident…. this is an exercise program that has become a way of life for me.
