Phenomenal! I took my 5 yr old in for a conditioning treatment and we left with the most beautiful, juicy, tangle-free curls. Lady J was so kind and provided me with tons of information on how to properly care for these curls. I feel a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend her!

She is Awesome!!!! Lady J. has been my taking care of my locs since I arrived in AZ about 3 1/2 years ago. She is always professional, caring and considerate of my time, by never double booking her clients. I have never had to wait..., when I arrive she is ready. As long as she is styling locs I will be one of her clients. It is such a wonderful experience to interact with a professional loctician.

Jannetta is always very professional and punctual when I'm receiving hair services. She also gives me tips on how to maintain my locs and even on my postpartum alopecia. Her salon offers privacy and a very relaxed vibe. I won't allow any one else to touch my locs! I'm a regular!

On 11/22/20, I made a hair appointment for 12/28/20 and it was confirmed on the same day. On 12/26/20, two days prior to my appointment, l received a "reminder" text from Lady J saying it's now a requirement to have a covid test (with results) within the same week of my appointment, no exceptions. I immediately replied to the text asking when did her policy go into effect, and how was the notification sent (the only requirement for my previous appointments was to wear a mask). Lady J replied that she sent an email out 3 weeks prior to the "reminder" text. I told her that

Lady J did beautiful work. I have an active lifestyle of running, swimming and cycling and just relocated from CA. I am always a little iffy about having multiple hands touch my head (not because I am paranoid, just I prefer consistency), and had had the same locticians starting and styling my locs for the entire 2 years I have had them. However, she is so knowledgeable and gave me great tips on the difference of water type here and what I can do to maintain my locs in this climate/ environment and with my lifestyle. She is wonderful. She is professional and timely. I have been with her for over a year and she is quick and light handed. I normally get crochets and it takes her less then 2 hours. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for hairstylist in tempe/Phoenix area.

I called or emailed requesting an appointment and was directed to an expertly crafted website. I was already impressed. I was directed, when I asked, to a store to purchase hair for my selected style: Havana twists. She was extremely professional. I arrived on time and while I did have to wait, it was less than 15 minutes. I was expecting the service to take the hour and a half she booked me for as I have a lot of hair and in the past it's taken up to three hours. Nope. She slayed. I arrived at 12:45, was in the chair at 1:00 and was in my car at 2:06. She is a boss. I'm getting compliments

I'm new to Phoenix and found Lady J who was excellent. She's was able to braid my hair exactly as I wanted. Her online appointment system is very efficient and she was very responsive. Shop is clean. I highly recommend Lady J!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review. If you want to get your hair done right by a real professional you must go see Lady J. I personally will only let her touch my locs. For almost two yrs she has been doing my hair and I'm always happy with the results. Don't know what I would do without her. Lady J always does me right! She does all types of services for naturals, twists, dreads, locs, etc. I'm super particular about my hair and after a heat incident with another stylist, I'm having a major setback. Lady J listened to me boohoo about it and gave me some encouragement. In this photo, this is the awesome base she gave me for my crochet style which I will be wearing until i grow out the heat damage from the other stylist. Lady J is punctual, knowledgeable, has great pricing, is friendly, and professional. I love going to her!
