Stylist Carlos Flores, owner of Total Hair Experience, pursued his education at TIGI, an international, award-winning hairdressing academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. After completing his training, Carlos joined the exclusive pool of creative, innovative, and passionate Puul Mitchell hairdressers. Several years later, in 1994, Carlos decided to start his own salon and begin building a base of loyal clients.

I have found a home for my hair. I went to Oscar with a mess on top of my head. I have short hair and I can't seem to get anyone that can shape it, paying attention to thicker areas of my hair. He was funny and intelligent and interested. It made getting my hair cut enjoyable. I walked away feeling fantastic with my new doo.

I love love love my hair. Carlos is a true artist. If you are looking for someone who can razor cut he's it. Did research while here in Mesa very hard to find a stylist who isn't afraid to razor cut. I got a perky, stylish short cut that makes me feel great. I can do it myself and I already booked my next appointment before I leave next month.

This is a beautiful, warm, welcoming salon that works hard to deliver a comfortable personable experience with fantastic results. I am very fortunate to have Jasmine as my professional stylist who is an artiste extraordinaire. Her knowledge, skills and fine attention to detail combined with a mastery of product use always creates beautiful results. Always a wonderful experience, I wouldn’t trust my hair to any other salon.

One of the best salon experiences I've had in Jacksonville! Melody was so fun and did an amazing cut (yet keeping my length) and an expert balayage coloring. Their prices were fair, and the salon was clean and well-maintained with a giant projector displaying fun music videos to watch while you sip your complimentary drinks. Thank you guys - I'll definitely be coming back! :)
