I started at ATA Northwest Austin almost 2 months ago and it's been such a wonderful experience so far! I wanted a martial arts class that would challenge me but be welcoming to beginners, and ATA is just what I was looking for. The instructors are knowledgeable professional black belts, but are also very kind and supportive and have made me feel confident and valued since day 1. The classes are conveniently scheduled for after-work hours and they're FUN! I'd recommend ATA Northwest Austin to anyone looking to get in better shape and learn new skills in an environment that's much more fun and social

Can't say enough good things about Mrs Haag who is the owner and head trainer of this school. She is incredibly kind, positive, patient and knowledgeable. Under her leadership the school provides a great supportive training environment for people of all ages and skill levels. Highly recommend you check this out for kids and adults who seek a great ATA school.

My son started here just shy of turning 3years old, and is still raising thru his ranks here at the age of 5. Recently my daughter (3years old) and I started training as well, so now it is a full family effort. The trainers are amazing and will treat you with respect. Can highly recommend this place.

All 3 of my kids take basic taekwondo class here; along with my husband who takes black belt training and leadership. I myself take warrior class on Saturdays with the husband and other parents, we have a blast. We have a great instructor and the atmosphere here is amazing. You always feel welcomed, my kids absolutely love the class and ATA has… helped my girls grow out of their shells and helped my son with some behavioral issues he was having. I use to live just 5-10 minutes from NW but have since moved and although we have other ATAs closer we choose to continue learning under our instructor
