My wife and I got a therapeutic massage. Beverly and Chelsea did a fantastic job! We left feeling so relaxed and satisfied. Chelsea was careful to avoid my wife's pressure points and Beverly helped work out the stiffness in my shoulder. We will be getting massages each time we come to Tahoe!

Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I because we both never had one and wanted to treat him.. coco and Jennifer took care of us for our appointment and it truly was an amazing experience.. can't wait to visit again in the future

This was arguably the best massage I have ever gotten. Everyone at BioSpirit was so kind and personable. My husband and I used the steam room prior to our therapeutic massages which was a wonderful addition to the day! Would book again in a heartbeat.

I almost never write reviews but I got a prenatal massage with Chelsea and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. She said she basically did her usual massage with a few slight modifications so I don't think my experience was prenatal specific. I was just in Lake Tahoe for vacation but I seriously wish I lived here so I could go back to her on a regular basis, it was that good! The spa itself is a little underwhelming but clean, neat, and the massage itself was just out of this world, can not recommend highly enough!!

Had a couples massage package recently and it was truly one of the best experiences! It was definitely on the pricey side for my usual budget, but we decided to splurge a little while on vacation in Tahoe. Toni and Coco are amazing and really skilled in their profession. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

My sister and I got massages here (our first time in a spa since the pandemic) and everyone made us feel very welcome and everything was very clean. I had Toni and she did a wonderful job with pressure on my hot stone massage. My sister had Kebbra for a Swedish massage and also raved about her massage. Highly recommend if you're looking for a lovely, relaxing way to spend some time in South Lake Tahoe!

I took a vacation to Tahoe recently and decided to book a massage. I recently was diagnosed with a few health issues, which has caused extreme upper back pain. My amazing massage lady Kebbra talked to me before hand to make sure she was focusing on the right spots and let me tell you I am in no pain even a week later! I got a massage with a CBD add on and I will never skip that part again! What a great experience! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

My partner and I booked a couples massage with Biospirit (as locals) and I have to say, that was easily the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. As someone who has chronic pain due to extreme sport injuries, most everyone that lives here does lol, I have had many massages and nothing even comes close to this. My masseuse was Midge, an absolute legend at her practice. It was insanely good. We both walked away saying the same praise.

Been a local since 1990 and my entire family had received services. We all have positive things to report back and would highly recommend to both locals/visitors. The staff is kind, qualified and the variety of services offered is great. So happy my parents were able to go in recently and get a much needed massage. Closing remarks: glad this business has survived the pandemic.

My sister and I booked a spa day at Bio Spirit the end of March. The first thing we said to each other after we left was that was the best massage we'd ever had. We did the body and soul massage and highly recommend. I customized my massage to deep tissue and was not disappointed. If you go to bio spirit request Coco! she was great!

I had the stone massage with Toni, and it was great. I have sciatic nerve pain and usually massage therapists will use too much pressure and hurt me, but not Toni. She used the right amount of pressure to where I didn't feel any pain afterwards. The stones felt nice, too. I will come back here when I visit Tahoe again.

My wife and I loved our treatment here at the BioSpirit Spa. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean. We both received facials and massage treatments that were out of this world. We will definitely return here the next time we’re in South Lake Tahoe.

My friends and i took a trip to tahoe to celebrate a birthday and booked a group service kind of last minute. though we weren't able to all go together due to availability, they were able to stagger us in a manner that still accommodated us. unfortunately, due to covid, the eucalyptus steam room was unavailable during our visit.

While on a family ski trip I decided I needed some therapeutic ME time. I did an internet search and found BioSpirit. I saw that they offered spa packages. I did not find a package that fit my needs, so I called to see if they would create a custom therapeutic spa package that fit my needs and my budget: 90 min. Deep Tissue, IR, Foot acupressure, and a detoxing wrap. The day spa is quaint and really peaceful. Toni P. was my practitioner. She has GREAT energy. Just had my 2-hr session (Body + Soul pkg) with Toni and I am in heaven! We had just finished the hike to Eagle Lake and the massage was absolutely perfect. The combination of full body scrub, hot shower and hot stone infused massage was just the thing needed for our weekend Tahoe trip. I had a wonderful anti-stress massage by Toni. If you’re a guest at Tahoe Seasons Resort, you get a free hot stone or aromatherapy upgrade. I went with the hot stone and it was amazing! I’ve been looking forward to this massage to enjoy on my honeymoon and Toni did not disappoint!

We came here for an activity on our bachlorette trip, massages and facials for 8 of us. Every single person was completely in love with their assigned tech. The services that we received were absolutely impeccable. I had Toby, he was fantastic. He worked all the knots and stressed areas on my body, literally the best massage I have ever had. I heard the same about Midge and Coco.
