MERIDIAN, IDAHO - View Meridian Idaho on Google Maps and you'll see Meridian is smack dab in the center of the Treasure Valley. Bordered by its neighboring cities of Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Eagle, Kuna, and Boise, Meridian is the central location for family fun. Meridian is just 15 miles west of Boise, the state capital and largest city in Idaho.

MIDDLETON, IDAHO - Middleton is a true Idaho small town. Only 40-minutes removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boise. If we didn't tell you Boise was so close you might not believe it. Middleton has a small-town culture where horses and farmland are the norm and getting directions to the best old fashion ice cream shake seems like a natural conversation.

In April of 2019 as we made preparations for a cross country move back to Idaho, we were so blessed to have found an amazing one of a kind realtor, Trevor Knesal!! Browsing, house hunting & then buying a home(1st home) states away is hard, but with Trevor we lucked out. He did multiple live walk thurs inside & outside homes for us with out one sign of annoyance. (Even with a 2 hour time difference) Aside from that, we know Trevor also did so many behind the scenes researching for us too. Trevor Knesal is an awesome realtor with NextHome Treasure Valley!! He dropped everything to accommodate our last minute trip and found us a beautiful home in the best neighborhood in Meridian. He then went above and beyond (as we were out of town buyers) and readied our house for us, and met us on moving day to unload our moving truck. We gained a neighbor and friend in Trevor.
