Current economic trends- Looking into the proverbial "crystal ball" of commercial real estate by monitoring employment rates, gross domestic product, interest rates and real estate inventory.
Accountability- Provide a detailed timely status report clarifying income, expenses and net operating income. Preserving and improving value - Customized maintenance schedules to maintain and improve property performance and efficiencies. Full Service- Includes all aspects of managing a property: leasing, paying bills, lease renewals, lease compliance, drafting leases, marketing vacancies, rent collection, monthly and annual financial reports.
Kristen Reynolds joined Prime in 2017 and is our Accounts Manager. Kristen has over 18 years of experience in account management. As our Accounts Manager, she is responsible for daily bookkeeping for managed properties, rent roll and occupancy/vacancy management, processing monthly billing for tenants according to lease terms, generating monthly status reports for property owners, NNN reconciliations and annual statements to tenants.
