It is a Notary Publics role to verify the identity of the individual signing the documents. Once a Notary verifies and observes the individual signing he/she will certify the transaction by stamping their seal.

Had to do my livescan last min and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. The whole process took less than 10 mins, and since I had spare time I was also able to get a quote for my personal auto and their rate were pretty competitive. So I was able to get my livescan done and new insurance. So glad I stopped by, they were super friendly and knowledgeable with the whole process, not like those other insurance people that are super pushy for you to get something without explanation.

I called (626) 766-1215 to obtain an auto quote. Henry Ung answered. After he obtained my confidential and personal information, he smeared at me and shouted, "I recognize your voice. You called before. You gave Options negative review." He also admitted that he did not have my lic. or VIN number before. NOW, he retaliated against me and lured me to give him my personal info but not to give me any auto quote. He boldly accused me to have written a negative review on Options. Came here for a livescan fingerprint ($20) and witness signature notary ($15). They take cash or credit. The service was fast. The facility followed COVID/restrictions; it was clean and well-condition. Carol was friendly and professional. I would return for these services and recommend this place to friends!

Easily the best place in the 626 for LiveScans! I've gotten my LiveScans done at several different spots in El Monte and Rosemead before, but this was the quickest and smoothest process. Their prices are also very reasonable - I once paid $70+ at another place! I loved the clean, modern, and cozy interior and it honestly didn't feel like I was on Valley Blvd.. had more of a fancy Pasadena vibe haha. I went to Options Insurance to do my Livescan, after 2 months I have received a note from the DRE that my fingerprints were never confirmed. I called back and Carole answered. The Department of Justice completely lost my fingerprints and I had to resubmit. When I resubmitted my Livescan the Department of Justice once again did not have my fingerprints. After another week, Carole helped me redo and completely resubmit a new Livescan. She was extremely nice and kept me updated constantly, which relieved my worry.

I found this service using a government website for DOJ approved and most recommended places to get a live scan. I made an appointment with Carol. Henry is the guy you want to go to if you need insurance. I was in a tough spot and he was extremely helpful getting me quotes and navigating the situation. He was ever willing to respond to all queries be it on email or phone.
While you can get quotes directly from insurance companies, I have rarely seen anyone going the extent Henry went to make things work for me. He also doesn't charge any fee. His fee comes directly from the insurance company. His rates are extremely competitive and you will walk off with a great experience.

I was referred to Carol and Henry through a good friend. When I got there, I was assisted by Henry. His knowledge and customer service was the ultimate deal breaker for me. Henry was incredibly polite and very prompt with answering all my inquiries regarding my auto insurance. I didn't even need to go shop around for other insurance agencies because he did it all for me here and I felt very comfortable with Henry. He didn't try to up-sale or advertise additional services I didn't need and I praise him for that.

This is the first time I have completed a LiveScan at this facility and this is by far the most cleanest one I have been to. Due to COVID precautions, I had to call to schedule an appointment with them, but it wasn't bad at all! I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The lady who answered the call was super kind and helpful with answering my questions (extremely patient too, which I greatly appreciated).

My wife came in for a LiveScan fingerprint. The place is very clean. Everyone inside was wearing masks. Hand sanitizers were provided. They even opened the door for her on the way out so that she wouldn't need to touch the door knob.
Everything was done in roughly 10 minutes. Very happy that they are following COVID safety protocols. Wish every business was like this.

I got my livescan done here twice in the recent months. The process of making an appointment and completing the livescan was super easy. I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes! The office is super clean and they are following COVID regulations of wearing face masks. There is also hand sanitizer provided. Needed to do fingerprinting and this was the closest place for me. Service was very fast and easy. Took less than 10 minutes to do a full set of fingerprinting. Wish I checked-in to get a 5 dollar discount, but it's all good. Would go in the future if I need fingerprinting services again. Huge recommendation. Thanks again guys!
