We have worked many events at Heartland Meadows and the owners are outstanding. They have their own In-House DJ (Knox Vegas DJ's) as a option which is great for Brides from out of town. Got married here on April 3rd! The owners were so amazing, and easy to work with. They were super helpful and communicated well. We got married at the Oak Tree, and it was magical! I loved the treasure barn and… that everything was DIY! Amazing price for everything that is apart of the package! HIGHLY recommend you have your wedding here!

Owners are very easy to work with. So many places on site to choose for the wedding ceremony including a backup indoor barn site! Reception area is gorgeous and the treasure barn is packed full of decorations you are free to use. I highly recommend you check them out. They even have a side by side to drive elderly guests to wedding site and reception. We also used their DJ and he played THE best music!

This review is looong overdue - Heartland Meadows is EVERYTHING and more! I had my Halloween themed Wedding on 10/31/20 🧡🦇🕷️🕸️🎃🖤 and let me tell you...It. Was. Beautifully Wicked!!! It was spooky, safe, memorable and so much fun! The owners are lovely and accommodating. Shelia was extremely helpful and relieved a lot of my stress when it came to the planning, the setup, etc. Her husband is a wonderful DJ as well!! The Venue is very beautiful, but for the amount of money we paid they should have at least taken the trash out. We had to take the trash out and put all the displays/props back in the barn after use. After your wedding you shouldn’t have to clean up. Especially if you spend lots of money to rent a venue. The sink in the brides room was nasty. Like I said beautiful place, but I do not recommend it to anyone.

I heartily recommend Heartland Meadows. From the very first meeting we felt like we’d found long-lost friends! The sweet owners were so easy to work with, explained things well, and were with us every step of the way! The venue is beautiful and well-kept. The treasure barn is the icing on the cake and can save brides a ton of money! (Just return… the favor to future brides and leave some things behind for them! What are you gonna do with all that stuff anyway, right??) We couldn’t have asked for more! This mother-of-the-bride is beyond happy with Heartland Meadows!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Heartland Meadows. They made all of the last minute changes that come with planning a wedding during a pandemic SO easy to deal with. From cutting our 100+ guest list to about 11 people, to rain the day of the wedding, they were so kind and accommodating. Not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful! We loved Heartland Meadows and will definitely use them if we decide to have a big reception later!

I'm not sure where even to begin to brag on this venue. At the beginning on my wedding planning process I wanted a venue that was different from all of the ones I had seen being frequently used around the Knoxville area. I had visited about 15 venues before stumbling upon Heartland Meadows. After my first visit with Sheila, I had a feeling of peace and confidence that this venue would make my wedding day unforgettable. They are extremely helpful and affordable.
