Melissa Timm Designs was founded by Melissa Timm in 2008. Melissa started her floral career working at a wedding venue before opening her own bespoke floral design studio. Based in Tennessee's charming city of Knoxville, Melissa and her team bring Pinterest boards to life with 5-star luxury wedding floral design to clients in Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville and all throughout the country.

Before I met Melissa on the recommendation from my wedding planner, I knew absolutely nothing about florists or wedding flowers. She was patient and taught me the names of the flowers I showed her from Pinterest inspiration photos and even pulled different pieces she had from the selection in her shop to give me a visual of what different florals would look like together. She also worked to select cost-effective flowers to keep me in budget while still creating a beautiful look. I am out of state and I called four florists at the last minute for my two great nieces and their graduation party, looking for some bouquets. I had no luck until I got Melissa Timm Designs and they came through Big time!! My sister FaceTimed me so that I could see the bouquets!! They were gorgeous!! Melissa was one of my best vendor choices for my wedding. I went to her with a general five-color palette (if you can believe it) and the vague notion that I love wildflowers. She helped me pick flowers, and even convinced me that I could do three different centerpieces (I was having trouble choosing). I was utterly delighted when I first saw these flowers! I did not know exactly what the final products would look like, and they exceeded expectations. I got so many compliments on how lovely the bouquets were, and I loved my bouquet so much that I have a giant picture of it hanging on my office

I will forever refer a bride asking for Knoxville vendor recommendations to choose Melissa Timm Designs for floral. Throughout the process, Melissa and her team exceeded my expectations.
Not once did she try to convince me to spend more than budgeted, they allowed me to have a sneak peek of all my florals a few days before the wedding, they were so accommodating with an error I realized I made the week leading up to our wedding, and she even responded to a text on my wedding day when I asked if my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets could be delivered to a different location. She was flexible

Melissa and her incredible team absolutely out did themselves on the most special day of our lives. She was so patient and kind through the entire process and helped us decide the perfect florals for our big day. She and her team spent the entire day setting up our dream ceremony and reception. Her vision and skill completely transformed our venue and the guests couldn’t stop talking about the arrangements. Truly unbelievable.. I recently photographed a wedding where the bride had chosen Melissa Timm for her floral. It was stunning! This is the second or third event I've worked where the floral was by Melissa and I have to say it's very distinctive. You can look at her floral and know it's her work because it's consistently beautiful and elegant. The bouquet stayed fresh and fragrant the entire ceremony. One other thing to note is that the bouquets stayed together the entire ceremony. I photographed a wedding in Charleston where the bouquet was literally falling apart at the reception. Not the case with Melissa Timm's
