I rented from serrus 2 different times with both times dealing with ''OLLIE MEDFORD....The first place i rented from them, i absoluetly had no issues with the place and as a matter of fact i loved the place.Stayed there 3 years , i only moved from there due to personal issues.. About 6 months later i reconnected with her and rented another place from them. Renting from Ms.OLLIE was never an issue , however i moved into a home that seemed to be spacious and beautiful.Although the closets were very very small it had nice Hard wood floors, nicely painted walls and the neighborhhod seemed to be peaceful

Serrus was the property manager for our rental for the two years we lived in one of their homes. They were professional from the first day we contacted them. I also appreciate how they treated us respectfully and helped us out with all sorts of problems that we had: A/C issues, septic issues, transitioning out of the property, and so on. They are a growing company and on the move. Two thumbs up for Serrus!

I have been with Serrus Property Management as an owner for over 2 years. I am quite satisfied with the relationship I have with them and the way they handle our rental property. They are quite responsive when I have a question or concern regarding one of our properties and I appreciate all they do. I have had a few other property managers in my ownership tenure, and Ollie and Serrus far surpass any I have ever had. When situations arise, she is completely fair for both owners and tenants. I have recommended her many times to prospective tenants and property owners alike.

I would give them no stars if I could. I moved from their property that was under a different management company when I first moved in but then Serrus acquired the property. I was on good terms w/ the property manager (Ollie Medford) or so I thought. She totally stabbed me in the back. They rehabbed the house and sent my information to collections and charged me over $10,000 in damages!!! They even charged me for the dumpster that the builders used for the trash. They billed me for things like toilet seats, blinds, fixing the roof, all new carpet and linoleum...the lists goes on. Keep in mind that

They did not get a deposit before renting the house and i HAD TO CALL Serrus to get THEM TO EVICT THE TENANTS two months later and then I had to do the final eviction on the tenants. lost a lot of money with them because bad business management on there part.But the will take your money with no problem.
