Paul Wetzel founded Wetzel Services in 1996 after gaining experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) and earning a master's in education from Clemson University.

Our Skilled English Series Course emphasizes improving English skills specific to success in American business culture. Our Cross-Culture Business Seminar explores international values and motivations, which lead to specific workplace behaviors.
Our language evaluation expert conducts one-on-one diagnostic assessments in person or by webcam with clients to determine their precise English level and identify their weaknesses. When a client participates in the IMMERSE program, a team of highly experienced instructors work together, taking turns teaching one-on-one lessons in their areas of expertise.
Experienced agents help buyers every step of the way from selecting homes to closing contracts. With our team's professional advice on staging, price, marketing, and negotiations, our clients' listings appeal to the most buyers. Licensed real estate agents help our tenant clients tour rental properties, negotiate lease terms, and set up utilities.

Sonja was AMAZING! She patiently took us to multiple listings without complaint. She is positive, helpful, professional and did a fantastic job of keeping us informed becore, during and after our closings. She also answered all of our questions tirelessly.
