Through my recent trips to Exceptional Dentistry of Delaware I have had the chance to be seen by both Dr. Matthews and Dr. Bayley. Both were kind and had very calming demeanors.
Going into the office, I was greeted warmly by name by Marie. Taken back, Barb filled me in on the treatment I'd be having done and answered the questions I could come up with.
Treatments performed by Dr. Matthews were done skillfully and every step of the way she let me know what was being done and what sensations I should expect. I don't think I have ever been so well informed and educated during a visit to the dentist

I have had such a great experience with Exceptional Dentistry. I am always greeted quickly. Cleaning and Exam are done efficiently and kindly. I also used to go somewhere that I had to hold the vacuum. I had no idea how refreshing it was for someone else to do that until now! Really, an all around good experience for someone that isn’t enthusiastic about going to the dentist.

Great Dentist office! To put it in perspective, I live in Maryland and travel to Delaware for their services. It helps that my wife is from the area but I could see why she swore by this place after my first visit. Great staff, organized and efficient. They send regular reminders about upcoming appointments and they've handled COVID-19 protocol flawlessly. Truly feels like family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, 5-star dental experience.
