I really tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt. My HVAC system needed to be recharged. I called AVS and told them what I needed and I made it very clear that I wanted it to be charged using the subcooling method. I was told that's not a problem and they had someone that could come out the same day! I was told that I would pay by the pound of refrigerant and they would weigh it before and after the charging. I agreed.

I called Anil based on reference from my friend, his service started over phone itself to check on the furnace and other related areas. Next day he came to our home and identified the issue with his great amount of experience max of 10 min. The cost he offered was very reasonable compared to the market prices. I recommend his service.

My A/C broke down a few days before July 4 2021 and the company that had the service contract told me it needed a new motor and capacitor and that they could not come to fix it until after July 5 despite the fact it was sweltering hot and I'm 70 yrs old. I was never able to speak to a manager to complain. So I called AVS and they came right away on July 4 and fixed it for one third the price of the other company and said it did not need a motor and this saved me a lot of money. So, I woke up on the morning of the 29th of June with my ceiling leaking and one ceiling tiles about to fall in with water. After cleaning up, moving stuff out of the way, and putting down buckets I called the plumbers I normally use. They were booked till the middle of July. So I called AVS first thing in the morning of the 1st of July. They promised to be at my unit between Noon and 3 PM.
Around 8 PM I got a call from them. Saying, something, something, appointments had been pushed back, they tried to call me, did I still want them to visit? I said yes and two of their techs showed up.

They did a excellent job! Great prices! Not over the top like some other places charge. My family has used them multiple times in the past and they always do an excellent job! And best of all the prices don’t give you a heart attack lol! I highly recommend them!

I had a 10 year old Goodman hvac which had leaking indoor coils and out of warranty. AVS recommended Trane and installed high efficiency and quiet indoor and outdoor unit. It’s definitely very quiet and working great. Job was done very professionally and on time as scheduled. Very happy with the quality and service I got.
