It is the perfect spot. Close to Duval but not too close. Pool was great, our room opened to the pool. Sun deck was really nice. Sean that takes care of the coffee and breakfast was really nice and has great suggestions of what to do and where to go. When we come back this is where we will be staying again!

If I could provide a lower score then a one star, The bed is as hard as a rock. The room contains a bad order. The window shades are brown broken. The light in the bathroom is broken. You must park a 20 minute walk to the l’occasion and pay 32 dollars a day. Do your self a favor, do not stay here.

Great place to stay in Key West. The nightly rates were more than fair. The room is plenty of space for 2 looking to get the most out of the area. Our room was clean and we experienced no issues during our stay. Great shower too! The pool is conveniently located right in the center of the property. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast as well. They do not offer parking but there is free street parking available not too far from the property. Paid parking is available in the front, though that can get expensive. The site is located in Old Town close to Duval Street and plenty of restaurants

This place is very sweet, it is not 5 star as mentioned in other posts, but has charm and character AND easy distance on foot to most anywhere on a visitors radar. As everyone else mentions also, Roman is great! The other staff too tho! Chuck phoned us on our way down from Miami to let us know it was pouring rain in KW, in case we had other things to do en route, which was very helpful. Not sure of all room sizes but if you're staying any length of time, we were in 15, that had a living room in addition to bedroom w en-suite bath - very helpful having that extra space to spread out, as

What a wonderful place! You can tell it was a B&B frozen in the 1980s and there was something endearing about it all. Bright pastel pinks and purples decorated our room. The water pressure was a bit lacking and there was a little bit of crumbs under the bed (only noticed when I dropped my phone).
But overall, a more than wonderful experience. Roman was our Host that greeted us when we got there and I loved his demeanor and how professional he is with the guests. Give that guy a raise! Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonder private escape from the real world. Roman and his coworkers do a fabulous job of treating all guests like family. This IS the place to stay if you want a peaceful retreat with a short walk to the boardwalk and Duval. Feel like an activity? Just tell the front desk and they will make all the arrangements. We were on our way to the hotel about an hour out. We get a call from Roman that the sink in the king suite we booked had pulled off the wall and we would have to stay at the sister property a few blocks away. We were told that the sister property only had a queen room available the first night and that they could move us to a king suite for the rest of our 4 night stay. We were told for our inconvenience of having to switch properties and have to stay in a cheeper room the first night that we would be compensated with that night free. This was our first time to Key West and we had an amazing time. The staff at Heron house court are so welcoming and sweet to their guests. They are extremely accommodating and thoughtful. We stayed here for our honeymoon and were brought flowers to our room to say congratulations. They provided us with so many great suggestions of places to go and things to see. At one point in our stay, we were talking to the staff about the mango tree and he brought us a fresh mango with a knife and cutting board to try. The hospitality was nothing short of amazing.

Very disappointed with Heron House this time around. We have stayed here multiple times and had great experiences. This time around, we had a trip booked for 7/18. I'm a nurse in South Florida and not able to travel at this time. I thought that Heron House would understand, considering the circumstances and with me being a healthcare worker. However, Expedia stated Heron House refused to reimburse me and I would just have to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, it changed my view of this property during these tough times.

The perfect place to stay, in a super nice environment, very clean, incredible tranquility, the bedrooms have what you really need, and an excellent service from the staff, exclusively from Roman, such a nice person, always ready to solve your concerns, from the beginning, because we didn't find parking, which is the only thing a little difficult in the area, but with that fine Roman attention, everything is easy for you. Roman, you are an excellent host. In the morning they offer you a quick breakfast, but you take it at home, they have a table for 8 people, and if you like you can go

This was mine and my husband's first trip to Key West. I don't think I could've imagined a better first experience. When we first entered Roman (what a guy!) ensured we were taken care of immediately. He was warm, welcoming and just outstanding.
The room was clean and reasonably priced and very cute. The facilities overall were intimate and the staff was very accommodating, friendly and genuine. We very much enjoyed the pool and privacy. It was a warm environment where you didn't feel awkward chatting up other guests and it was just a very pleasant environment overall.

Great location that's walking distance to Duval street and the docks. It's a quiet stay with a nice private pool area and intimate breakfast area. The best part though was the amazing concierges, Roman and Michael. They take amazing care of you and felt like friends by the end of our stay. The owner even came and checked on us and he was also great to chat with! Quaint bed and breakfast for anyone looking for a more personal stay over a hotel.

We are staying here now. The day before we arrived the hot water heater went out and will not be changed out for two days. Instead of contacting us about the issue and allowing us to back out of reservation by contacting us, they waited until we arrived to tell us. Hot tub is out so they waived the "Resort Fee". Believe me. This is no resort. It is "nice", but certainly not close to a resort. Tiny shower, took about 5 minutes for the sink to drain, electric plug is loose in the wall.

We read the reviews before we booked and the only criticism was parking. I just watched Michael stand in an available spot to hold it for a guest. Michael and Roman are perfect host, the accommodations impeccable. We drove a little over 1,000 miles to be here and couldn't be happier. We will definitely be returning guest.
Here we are a year later, we've decided this is where we'll be every year. My wife's birthday is the 22 and mine is the 26th. And what a great place to celebrate Christmas and our birthday!!

My husband and I were looking for a nice little place to stay for 2 nights to enjoy our First Wedding Anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided at Heron House Court. Only there for one night. Nice cozy rooms good breakfast staff was nice. Right in the middle of everything youd want to see. Would stay there again over a big hotel and I recommend it highly. Couldnt give 5 stars since I didnt get to use pool or hot tub to see if it was nice. If the hot tub jets work and nice and hot and the pool fresh then this place is a 5. Wish I could have tried it but we arrived in key west late and the next dat we had snorkle and jet ski tours all day
