Clean! From the window sills to the corners it was clean and fresh. Maid service came every day.
The shower was great. Perfect pressure and it stayed hot. There was a brief like 3 minutes during one shower where the Temp went out but it came right back.
The refrigerator was big and worked perfect. Microwave worked as well. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a functioning microwave OR fridge. The AC worked fantastic as well.
Quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise besides the occasional honk. Couldn’t hear our neighbors.
Parking was free and right outside the room.

Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. If I had to book our reservations again I would choose another property. The room was nice and the shower was amazing. However the toilet seat was broken and the bed was not great. The highlight of the stay was when I woke up to see a cockroach on the floor in the corner. For the price I don't wanna see any cockroaches. I did call the manager on duty and informed them of the cockroach.

Bug infestation. Good luck if you're booking here. The manager did not approve a full refund. Front desk man lied saying he was the manager to Expedia. Lies and lies and lies on top of bug infestation. Reported them to Health organizations and BBB. There's nothing you can say or do to fix this. You are in the wrong and I hope you clean up this place. The insides look really nice online but the outside looks like a dump. Be careful. Lots of shady people going in and out.

Online/website pictures are very deceiving...the restroom did not look like the site's photo. The power went out overnight..and we had items in the mini fridge..site claims 24/7 support..took sometime to reach on-site support to have the power turned back on. A truck was broken into overnight, right next to our room. Good way to describe this location is a "upgraded" motel. Felt a lil sketch, would not recommend nor visit again.

The rooms bedspreads were filthy with stains see the pictures. There was a sticky drink ring on the entryway table as well. Upon walking in I knew this was not the place that one the cleanliness award! I immediately got on the phone with Expedia and spoke with management. Still waiting for a refund. I also wasted gas and more time trying to find a replacement hotel for my trip last minute! I have an arm in a cast and this was not what I needed!

This Place Is Okay, But I Give It A Two Star Because First Of All The Walls Are Super Thin . My Fiancé And I Weren't Able To Sleep Due To People Slamming Doors , A Woman Who Sounded As If She Screamed In Fear Which Although This Could Have Been A Movie On T.V , But It Sounded As If It Were Someone Next Door . You Could Hear All The Commotion From The People Around Your Room At Night.

So it's only a ten(ish) minute, $8(ish) Uber ride to Disneyland, so that's a definite plus. It's obviously been recently updated, and it's nice enough. Downsides are there's no extra amenities (like tissues) and the beds are only somewhat comfy, and I did have to kill a cockroach on the last night.
If you're spending all day and evening at the park and just need a place to shower and sleep, it'll give you just that, and nothing more.

We are frequent travelers to the area and decided to do a last minute trip to Disneyland from Vegas. For NYE/winter break weekend, I thought this place was reasonably priced. Don't let the neighborhood or the outside appearance fool you! The lobby is well-lit and modern-ish. Parking is kind of scary, and there were some questionable characters skulking about, but we arrived late at night.
The room was pleasantly upgraded! The mattress was comfy, the pillows were comfy! The shower had excellent pressure and the nozzle is above, so my husband had zero issues with being too tall for the shower

Had yet another stay at the Parkside Inn. Very close proximity to Disneyland and the rooms are clean and updated. The bed is pretty comfy. Got a good 8 hours of sleep. The heater and air conditioning works very well. The WiFi is also superb.
Parking is very easy, letting you park right in front of your room so you don't have to walk far to get to your car. Man that checked me in was very friendly and efficient.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was helping a friend look for a room around Orange County when I came across this place. I went ahead and called in to ask for rates and details. The desk person had told me that it was $70 (plus tax) a night for a standard kingsize bed, checkout being at 11am. My friends shows up to the place and gets told it's $85 (plus tax) with checkout being 8am.
Ridiculous! How can they change rates and checkout times within 10minutes, from the time I called to the time my friend showed up, how?
Don't recommend.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The bad:
1. all night longer there was a tapping noise that keeps you awake, it never stops
2. paper thin walls, you *will* hear the neighbors getting randy
3. miserable bed, miserable pillows, miserable towels
4. careful when you open the door or you will let uninvited insects into your room (the brown kind with 6 legs)
This had to be the single most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. My wife *never* slept and arose in pain. The kind of mattress you see

Stayed here a month or so ago for a Disney trip with the boyfriend and we loved every part of this stay! First of all, the service is great. There weren't any complications or anything like that so everything with having to check-in/out were easy. Second, can I say that the bathroom is very comfortable and elegant? I literally loved everything about it -- the lighting, the sink, the toilet-flush options, and the shower (my favorite part). Unlike the other reviews, I had no problem with the hot water and the noise within the walls. Maybe we were lucky because we didn't have noisy neighbors

This place was a last minute decision. From stopping over by the eagle hotel(DONT GO THERE), I can definitely say COME HERE INSTEAD. not only was this place extremely well furnished. It was phenomenal, better than any Marriott hotel or high end hotel and for what they offer here. WOW. the receptionist(I think her name was Jackie) was extremely helpful and polite, was highly professional as well.

There are a few pros and cons here...
Pros:
Check in was easy. Our room felt small to me. It was just right for my husband and I, but I wouldn't want to add kids to the mix in a room that size. So it was good for the two of us. I did a Lysol wipe down on surfaces and no visible dirt. The shower heads were pretty cool. No carpet which is best because it's always cleaner! Bed was comfy. Free parking.
Cons:
There were red splatters that looked just like blood on our two large towels. The owner said it was from "rust" in the machines... the next set of towels she gave us had

Very pleased with this motel. It's a smaller motel, but I like it and I like the location. Check in was easy and smooth. Rooms are very nice. Price is fair if your looking to save some money on a Disneyland trip. Only cons I have are, the water does take long to get warm, and the walls are pretty thin and you can here things going on outside your room. If your a heavy sleeper as myself then the noises should not bug you. The bed was comfy. Room size was perfect for my husband and I. Not to far of a drive from Disneyland. Lot's of great shopping centers around! I would definitely stay

There is no Kleenex in the room, really rough on people with allergies.
Takes forever to get hot water. Literally 15 minutes and made me late to Disneyland.
No breakfast. There is a Keurig in the lobby. Rooms have a fridge and micro which is nice.
The hotel is updated on the inside but not the outside.
Overall I would look for another place to stay.
