Services
Credit cards for those patients that prefer to make monthly payments for their dental services. Finance charges of 1.5% of remaining balance, with minimum of $2.00 per month, will be added to all accounts that have aged beyond 60 days from the date of service. We reserve the right to charge and collect a $75.00 fee for appointments that are cancelled without the 24 hour notice.

This place is TOP NOTCH! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Davis, Nicole and Amber- all of which were the absolute most friendly, outgoing, personable (yet still professional) individuals you could ask for. I'm so impressed with Ballard Dental Associates! I was reluctant to transfer to Ballard from my previous dentist of 23 years, but I'm so glad I did! Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Dr. Alley is excellent. I'm also blown away by my hygienist -- I can't recall having a more thorough teeth cleaning. Highly recommend!

The staff at Ballard Dental Associates are amazing! They are great to work with scheduling around school and sporting activities that all of my kids are in. They even get all 4 of my kids in at the same time and in rooms right next to each other so we aren't sitting there for hours and I can work my way between rooms to keep up with everything that is going on. Highly recommend them!!

Hands down best dentist and assisting staff I've ever been to! Dr Alley took the time to explain every step of the procedure to me and his assisting staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made a scary situation a very good experience! I would highly recommend going to Ballard Dental Associates!
