I do not recommend this spa what so ever to anyone. They asked for the money upfront and did not give the add-ons I payed for. I spoke to the manager and they did not comply with what they had offered. All they said was sorry!! Don't ever pay before hand and be careful to who you give out your card information...

I'm very UNHAPPY!!! with the CRYSKIN as it promises you that you can lose inches It's a LIE!!! I paid over 1900.00 and had 10 sessions on one area of my body and there was absolutely NO CHANGE!! it's a SCAM . And I will be filing a lawsuit
As With tears in my eyes talking to staff looking for change They convinced me that it works taking my money SMH VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER and when I address this to staff they had no answers, but we did are part...Put your money were you will see true. Results 💯

Cru Day Spa was great! Got my first lash lift here. Was very affordable $70 and lashes looked like I had extentions . I would recommend this place.

This is the worst customer service place of business that I’ve encountered. The turn over rate of therapist is extremely high, so don’t get comfortable with any particular therapist. I had to cancel the membership due to unavailable preferred therapist (female) and was not compensated for the multiple monthly payments withdrew from my account.
I was told on one hand that I could wait for them to hire a female therapist, but only to loose all accumulated credits. I was offered one credit as a courtesy! Don’t use this facility. Don’t get locked into a membership, as I did.

This is a very dirty spa. The owner was more about taking selfies with her mask off than actually keeping the spa clean. Visible dirt on the floors, cushions in the "relaxation" area were torn, and the room smelled of sewage. Very unprofessional to say the least. They offer treatments that only a medical professional should be doing not someone not trained for such equipment. This place is a joke

I worked for them. Its not very clean and a majority of their products and machines for facials were ordered off amazon. The products that they make are super damaging and harsh for the skin. They ask estheticians to perform services that are out of their scope of practice. The manager is unprofessional and the turnover rate is so high because its not a good place to work. The manager also got rid of my professional license once I refused to come back in due to COVID and their lack of cleanliness at the spa. These people stole 150 dollars from me after I had already canceled my membership with them. Their massage therapist smell like smoke and will be bold enough their cell phone during your massages. Key reasons as to why I canceled my membership. Now they're stealing money. Buyer beware!! They initially sent me to voicemail 4 times during business hours (which has never happened before)when I called to inquire about the charges. They answered when I called from a different number. The staff cares about their clients as people and assure you at every visit that your comfort and success are primary. I didn't know what exactly I wanted so they helped guide me to what I needed. The services provided are of the utmost professionalism and maximum results. I will forever be a loyal customer

This location for me was a bit far but the service was excellent . I was asked the appropriate questions about my skin and they were very careful when applying anything . The massage was my favorite part . Thanks to cru day spa for a great service and also thank you Maria for helping my skin

Cru Day Spa provides a wonderful spa experience! The atmosphere is super chill and relaxing. I got a lash lift/tint done and my tech Maria was great! I'll definitely check them out again for massages, it seems like they have great prices and a quick booking process.

I had such a great experience at Cru Day Spa the other day! They were so helpful and even educated me on all of the services they provide! I received the Cellulite Slimming Treatment, and I could immediately… see a huge difference! My legs are so much smoother then they were before, and the best part is, you can even get this treatment every 72 hours! I can’t wait to come back! The spa was very nice and soothing!

I had membership at this spa for years, invited other people to come and get memberships. This year I decided to cancel and they gave me so much trouble in doing so. Management and customer service from Cru Day Spa is absolutely HORRIBLE. A new manager by the name of Ayana was the main employee I had an issue with. A previous manager advise me she… would take care of my issue and refund me, told me to wait 7 days for it to be refunded and it never was. I bought what I thought was a $189 package for my wife's birthday. After giving the package she did not use the package because she didn't have the time. I went back to get a refund and the ladies at the counter that sold me the package told me their was no refunds on gift cards.
A) I did not buy a gift card and B) no were does it say no refunds and she certainly didn't tell me no refunds. They still refuse to refund my money and it would be nice to finally find a gift for my wife. Horrible service and no regards for customer issues

I'm hesitant to post, because the location is nice, the front desk friendly, but the massage itself was terrible. The pillow, neck rest was broken, so I felt sore after the massage. It wasn't exactly a soothing environment due to speaker malfunctions. My husband told me his table wasn't much better.

The quality overall was just poor. They left parts of a face mask on my face and let me walk out without noticing. I ended up at a supermarket looking like a crazy person. It's just those little things that let you know they weren't really paying attention and Cru Day Spa was

I'm a bit confused by this place, as I bought a Groupon for "Spa Heaven" and it led me here. I'm not sure if Spa Heaven is part of Cru Day Spa or sublets from them, but they definitely use the same suite in the same strip center.

When my wife and I came in, the receptionist led us to a waiting area that was nicely decked out. Things kind of went downhill from there. The "couples" massage room was basically a single bed room with two beds crammed in there, and it was much warmer than I'd ever encountered at any other massage parlor.

I love my massage therapist, but this place has no regards to respect of time with their members. I had an appointment at 4pm, they called to see if I could come in at 3, I told them that wouldn't be possible but I could make it at 315. They then called at 240pm to ASK if I could change my time back to 4. I told them no, that doesn't work with my… schedule.
