I wouldn’t recommend this home care. Unfortunately they are one of the only ones who took my moms insurance. Took forever for PT and SLP to call and evaluate. I called the office number and left a message during business hours and never received a call back. After repeated phone calls I finally got through the next day and asked why I didn’t get a call back, the girl said sorry in a very dismissive way and still didn’t provide accurate information on the ordered evaluations. The nurse had a frequency of 1w1, 2w2, 1w1 and only showed up twice. She rescheduled her third visit then did a no

I reached out to this company as one home care to another. I wanted to inform them that the visits they had performed would not be covered. Jaquita was VERY rude to me over the phone. She did not care if they would be covered or not, her words. She said that this was "their" patient for many months, that is all fine. I just feel terrible for the patient that is now going to be receiving a bill for their services. See, the patient's insurance only authorized our agency to see the patient. Hope Home Care needs to rethink their customer service ways!

My husband had surgery on a Friday, was supposed to be seen on Monday, I had to place multiple calls re: PT, Nurse visit! They say they can’t give us a time we can expect the physical therapy or nurse to show up! So maybe that is where the name comes from?! You have to hope they show up....... multiple calls to the Dr asking if there is anything they can do for us? So now we are wasting the Dr’s offices time not to mention my own and try and go to work myself........ very unprofessional!
