I'm tired of nobody knowing how to send my monthly billing statement to DHS. Whether I meet my spend down for my medicaid or not. I go from $20 in snap to $250 monthly. My MDD just gets worse when I have to deal with incompetant poeple. Get it together.

Really displeased with the therapy and case worker department for not contacting me for 3 months then calling me with only excuses and no solution... my psych Dr David holmes is great but the rest is a complete headache. Looking to switch.

The new place is okay. Doctor Z works hard & has a lot of experience with mental health. It's hard when you get a new caseworker every couple of years. RONDA is my case worker & very knowledgeable & works very well with me 👍🙂

This place comes across as very friendly and all together, I have made 3 appointments, the first time they said my Grandson's appointment was 8:00 a.m now mind you, I have to take off work to make these appointments, and I would NEVER make myself an 8:00 a.m appointment, the appointment was 1:00! We went the next time and was able to do the intake appointment, they set us up for
an appointment for almost a month later, and went after taking off work again at 1:00 and they don't have anyone to see my Grandson, I would not recommend this facility, they do not have their stuff together
