This one took some work, but in the end it was worth it to help the tenants pass inspection. We'll see you guys when you are moving out and need your security deposit back. This hallway, near the front door, sees a lot of traffic and the messes made by a new little puppy. I'll admit it took some work, but with a new baby on the way for this growing family it was all worth it.
Whether its pets, children, or you, bodily fluids do end up on carpets. These can be very problematic as they happen to be very good at staining for many reasons that I won't get into. Suffice it to say that they can permanently discolor a carpet. However, almost all can be treated the same way. The Solution: Have you ever heard the old saying "The solution to pollution is dilution"?
I'd like to discuss frustrating issues that some of you may have with your carpets and some handy tips that I think may help deal with them. It isn't just soiling or staining that makes carpets begin to discolor. Wear, especially repeated wear in certain areas, can begin to damage the fibers which make up your carpet.
Okay, lets start with the basics. When you are getting your carpet/rug/upholstery cleaned, what you're getting is solid matter extraction e.g. Stains are entirely different. A stain is caused when a substance alters the color of the material itself. Imagine a clean blue shirt. Now, roll that shirt in the mud.

Sterling carpet care sent Andre out to us and he was on time, professional, and fast. I appreciate him coming to service our home and treat the rooms to get rid of pet odors. I have a three bedroom house with a fair sized living room and it was only a bit over $200.
Updated to add that it’s not a magical cleaning. My carpets smell better but stains / spots are still kinda there. I think I would of if taken longer myself so I’ll just do it myself and buy the urine neutralizer next time.

I’m over the moon happy with the job completed by Sterling Carpet Care. The gentleman was on time and ready to go. I had a few pet and kids pots that are now gone. My carpets look amazing! I hate the smell that most carpet cleaners leave behind, but not Sterling. They left a citric aroma that filled my house for hours. I’m excited that I found this epic carpet cleaning company. Great work ethics as well.

Greg is absolutely a miracle worker. I had several spots on the carpet. He not only removed these but also had me walk around afterwards to make sure i was satisfied with the cleaning. I highly recommend Greg and will request him when I need to have my carpets cleaned. I will also recommended Greg to my friends and neighbors. Brilliant work!

Our technician Greg was amazing! He showed up early and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He was nice and friendly as well, working around our cables and giving us tips for drying times. Took out hard, set-in stains from our pet with ease. Such a great job!! First three photos are before and the rest are after (keep in mind the carpet is still wet in the after). Will be recommending to everyone. Definitely book with Sterling Carpet Care for great prices and even better service!
