At ChemTrue we do not believe in normal Carpet cleaning. Our process is unlike any other carpet cleaning company. We always recommend our two step process. We start by using a floor buffer with a soft nylon brush and applying ChemTrue's Natural Ph7 carpet shampoo.
This product is worked into the carpet fibers to loosen unwanted dirt, After this process has taken place your cleaning specialist will then go back over shampooed areas and preform a dry extraction to insure your carpet is clean.This process is a wet clean and we always tell our customers drying time will very depending on heat and circulation of air with home or office.

Green Plus is a great mild degreaser. We have a wide range of customers that use this product for their business. Everything from food processing plants, to city maintenance shop. Green Plus is a great prespray for the light grime in engine bays, floors and metal freezer/ refrigerators walls.
Blue Force4 Degreaser is a powerful cleaning agent that is the most effective cleaning agent for cutting grease, gasoline, and hydraulic fluid off of heavy equipment and concrete shop floors.Warning Blue Force4 should not be used straight on vehicle paint as it may damage vehicle's exterior paint. Aluminum Brightener is great and effective at cleaning the impurities off of raw metals that are needing to be sanded down and polished.

5 stars don’t even do this company justice, because they are the BEST of the best. Joey and the ChemTru team are top notch professionals. They are responsive, reliable and truly offer exceptional work. We’ve used ChemTru several times now for deep carpet cleaning, the removal of the most difficult pet stains and upholstery cleaning. Our carpet and couch were better than new after their work! As a realtor I have worked with many carpet cleaners and nobody compares to ChemTrue! I will continue to refer both clients and personal contacts to them.

I run a very busy local restaurant. We get a ton of foot traffic and have an open kitchen so it is easy to say that Peg's loves Chemtrue! The owner is such a hard working reliable man who performs the cleaning himself. The prices are excellent, service dependable and I have to say I have hired several carpet companies over the years... Chemtrue is hands down the best. Locals support local!!! I wish I had before and after pictures to show you what a carpet magician he is!

I’ve tried a ton of cleaners here in Reno and Sparks... and he is by far the absolute BEST clean and the BEST price! He didn’t just get the stains clean (only to have return later) like other companies. He actually used his custom chemicals to remove every red stain and yellow stain we had in the house and then performed a deep clean after. The carpets literally look brand new! Also, the stains that he couldn’t get with chemicals, he stripped from the carpet and died it back to a perfect match (including a bleach stain we had -my fault lol.) I used ChemTrue for a recent home we were trying to show & sell. Our stairs needed some TLC and other high traffic areas in the house, including an a white area rug in our family room. Joey was wonderful! He made sure our house look great for the future showings! I had done the $100 minimum, and Joey made sure to get my money's worth since I had only asked for a small area to be cleaned.

I waited until it had been a week since the cleaning to see how the carpets looked as often staining will reappear a day or two later. Joey was very easy to communicate with and easy with scheduling. He confirmed date and time 24 hours in advance, which I appreciated. I had him clean two living rooms, a hallway, a bedroom, two area rugs, and our stairs. The price was very fair. Completed in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed and continue to be pleased with how awesome my carpets look. Best carpet cleaning company I've ever hired! I appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism so much that after he cleaned the carpets at my restaurant I instantly set up a cleaning date for my home! Quoted a very reasonable price for both the restaurant and my house. The smell of the cleaning solution is fresh not overly scented in other words the carpets are clean not just masked with another scent. ChemTrue is awesome and a locally owned business I highly recommend them!
