Did our hail damage claim and reroofed our home. Easy to work with and they did everything they said they would do When they said they would do it which is very unusual for a subcontractor! They cleaned up their mess really well (which is also unusual!) and were done very quickly For a fair price! Will use them again!

This company came to give my elderly mother a quote for a leaking roof. They didn't wear masks inside even after seeing myself and mother wearing one. The quote seemed high-$900 for repairs and $750 for interior drywall repair. They billed 3 boxes of shingles on the quote. Asked them to contact insurance because we were going to claim in on homeowners. They didn't return emails or voicemails from myself or the insurance company in a timely manner. They refused to call the insurance agent. The exact words the contractor used were "We usually deal with insurance companies but not for

They took money up front from my neighbor, and all the roofs around us have been replaced just about, while CTI hasn't communicated, or even bothered to start the job.
I think these roofing companies that take money up front just sit on your money and queue you up. They wish they wouldn't have sighed up with CTI. I'm glad I waited, I'll be going with a company that doesn't take money down.
