Services
Plant City Animal Hospital was founded in 1988. Dr. Wicker and a staff of dedicated individuals specialize in compassionate care. Emphasizing client education and ongoing communication, we work with you to help keep your pets happy and healthy. As one of out clients, we consider you and your pets a part of our extended family.
Dr. Wicker was born and grew up in Sanford, N.C. From an early age, it was obvious that a love of animals and science would lead him to one day become a veterinarian. After high school he attended North Carolina State University where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science and Zoology in 1980.
The hours listed below are the hours that our office is open. We see patients by appointment. Please call 812-752-3073 or us our appointment request page to schedule an appointment. If you do not have an appointment and your pet needs to be seen right away, please call and we will attempt to work you into our schedule.

This was our first visit with our new puppy. The staff was kind and caring with our little guy and the office is clean and comfortable. The fees were all described to us in an understandable fashion. We really liked Dr. Wicker a lot. He is kind as well and straightforward and knowledgeable. We are very happy.

We are new to Plant City and we chose Plant City Animal Hoapital based on reviews. We could not be happier. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the visit with our Jack Russell. We will be bringing our cats when their next checkup time comes.

My dog was recently showing signs of distress and the issue could have been any number of conditions. Dr. Wicker's staff was very understanding and worked me into their busy day. Dr. Wicker is always very welcoming, thorough and reassuring no matter the situation. All of his staff are friendly, caring and very professional. Dr. Wicker and his staff treat my dog like an old friend. I couldn't be happier with the service Plant City Animal Hospital provides and would highly recommend it to my family and friends! They're the best!!

I have been taking my precious fur babies to Plant City Animal Hospital for some time now. The quality of care they give there is amazing. Dr Wicker and his staff are wonderful. Every question i have ( and I have a lot) is answered with such compassion. I highly recommend this office to everyone that loves their fur babies as much as I do!
