We're pleased to offer the following services at Privileged Critters Animal Hospital, Inc. Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make, change & cancel appointments. PLEASE call to cancel 24 hours in advance if you can not make an appointment you have scheduled. If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be given a cancellation number.

Our puppy plan is broken into two payments in order to make it easier for clients to afford everything their new puppy needs! Because multiple exams are included in the puppy plan, the "free new client" exam does not really work. Of course, you can come in for the free exam and begin the puppy plan later, but plans keep in mind that plans need to be started at 8 weeks old!
Our Canine Wellness Plan monthly payment plan and is broken into monthly automatic credit card payments. The set-up fee of $45.00 will be collected with your first payment. As long as the plan is continued uninterrupted, then this is a one-time fee. If the plan is discontinued and begun again, there will be a new set-up fee.

Yoda, my decker rat terrier got very sick after visiting another vet for his annual check up and shots. We waited in that office over two hours even though we had an appt. Two days later Yoda got sick, started coughing and throwing up. FIVE DAYS WORTH!! I found Privileged Critters Animal Hospital via Google (Google knows everything) and Google was spot on with this clinic. They arranged to see him ONE HOUR after my calling them for the first time! They actually treated him as of he were their personal animal. Two days later I was still concerned and once again they had me bring him in immediately

You laughed at my daughter while she was on her way to the ER with her cat yall sent home to die because your staff was to incompetent to treat her! now she's in icu fighting for her life on oxygen with pneumonia! they can't even check her intestines yet because she's to unstable! when your veterinarian only sent her home with antibiotics that he… told her wasn't going to work anyways?! they didn't even check her intestines or her lungs! after they were told she has been coughing and vomiting and that they thought she had swalled some tinsel from a toy. NEGLIGENCE! we payed yall 70 something

You sent my niece home with a very sick cat to die and the owner laughed about it. she came in twice within a week and you sent her home with medicine and said it probably will not work. so mother called and complained to the owner and she laughed at the situation. now the cat is in icu at a emergency clinic. if you would of done your job the first time the cat would not be fighting for her life

Love the Staff and Doctors. Been a client for about 10 years... They took care of my sweet girl MARLEY. Sad to say today we had to say goodbye, to her. Everyone there was so sweet and caring. We truly miss my… baby and everyone at Privileged Critters. But in the future, if I get a new baby. I will Hand down bring my furry friend here... Thank you guys so so much 🥰🥰

Have been a loyal customer since the facility opened. All four of our Bostons go here. The original vet and staff were awesome. Our middle Boston has a history of seizures.. We discussed with vet and decided not to medicate as they were spaced months apart and idiopathic in nature.. Unfortunately, last night, he had a cluster of about 20 in a… 12hr period. We took to emergency vet and was directed to follow up this am with our primary vet.. When I called, Julie politely told me the first available appointment was Friday.
