I believe the quality of our closest relationships greatly affects our mental health and overall well-being. Therefore, my approach when working with clients is relational and informed most by interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory, which supports the key role relationships play in supporting positive mental health throughout the lifespan.
My style is warm and collaborative and I have deep respect and gratitude for clients who choose to including me on their therapeutic journey. I received my Masters degree in Marriage, couples, and family therapy from George Fox University with focused training and supervision in family systems theory, play therapy, and expressive interventions for trauma recovery.
