Dan Richter is a great inspector. He is professional, thorough, and goes over all of the findings to help provide a better idea of what is going on in the home. The attention to detail, quick follow up, and level of communication kept me at ease knowing that everything was on schedule to happen within our very limited time frame. Beau saved us from purchasing a property that looked beautiful but had been flipped haphazardly.
