Growing up, attorney Robert Kisselburgh was greatly influenced by his grandparents to be relentless and hard-working, but also compassionate and kind. He attributes his strong work ethic and his genuine concern for others to those early days. On this, he says, when I was growing up, I was fortunate to spend a lot of time with my Nanny and Grandpa who owned a cleaners and laundry.
As the son of a school teacher, attorney Rieker Carsey was influenced early on to use his drive and education to help others. Though Rieker always knew he wanted to be a lawyer, it wasn't until he saw the way insurance companies disregarded the basic rights of their customers that he knew he wanted to fight for victims' rights.
Raised in Ontario, Rachael attended the University of Toronto for her undergraduate degree before moving to Texas for law school. She attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she met her husband, Zach. The two of them decided to move to DFW to pursue their careers. Rachael loves that the law is ever evolving.

I was hurt in a very serious accident with multiple injuries last year. I told them what happen and I was assigned to great doctors to treat my injuries right away. Rieker and Isaura made sure to update me on my case and handle everything with the insurance company. After this long and painful journey Rieker was able to get me the settlement I deserve and medical bills paid. After my wreck, I had to rearrange my schedule and make room for chiropractor appointments. On top of that, dealing with the insurance company from the person who rear ended me and coordinating with my insurance, figuring out what would be covered and if I would be compensated for time lost. Anderson Injury Lawyers took my case and did not guarantee they could get me enough to compensate and might have to drop my case but they kept constant communication and helped with the insurance companies in the mean time which took a lot of stress off of me. Great law firm to use for a car wreak. I was rear ended and totaled out my truck. They helped with getting all the police reports and information to get to my insurance company and get the ball rolling.
They did a letter of protection for all my medical which helped a ton from the everyday stress of getting better and having bill collectors calling.

Called them because my daughter broke her collarbone from a defect on a riding toy. I was passed from secretary intern to intern. Couldn't talk to an attorney. Eventually they said sorry we aren't interested because your case isn't big enough. What a joke. Unless you get killed by an 18 wheeler, they aren't interested.

A friend referred me to the "Texas Law Hawk" Bryan Wilson who in turn referred me to Mark and his crew. I could not have been happier with the referral as Rieker, Kaitlyn and Mark took wonderful care of me from the start. Because of the accident I ended up being unable to play in the annual Armed Forces Hockey Tournament and as a Veteran that really affected me. It hurt even more
