Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the Moore Company and cannot recommend their services. Please see below for why:
(a) Valuation. Our agent, Terri Irvin, grossly overestimated the value of our home (even with a comparative across the street of a new house, at a lower price), despite being overly confident that it would move quickly. Ultimately, we sold for almost $30,000 less.
(b) Overly Confident. Based on her reassurances, my husband took a job, in a different city, and we put an offer in on another home. We lost two other homes (and due diligence money) before our house sold

My wife and I recently viewed a rental through this company and I could not recommend them to anyone. All was well till we were following the agent to the rental and had to keep up as he sped and weaved through lanes, once in the rental he was quick to herd us around and did not have very much information. Unfortunately the tenant was still home and instead of being nice and cordial our agent complained to us about her and made sure we knew how unhappy with her he was. It was entirely unprofessional and while my wife and I absolutely love the house we no longer have a desire to rent with this company

Elizabeth was awesome! She made the entire process of selling and buying a breeze, and we could not be happier with the work she did.
