If it were possible to give zero stars this is what this place would get. I'm disabled and unfortunately am dependant on state health insurance. Out of the three choices given I opted for this abomination as it was closest. I went and was told all of my teeth must be extracted for dentures. Devastating as that was I went on 3/26/2021 and had all of my teeth pulled. I was told about eight weeks and I'd have dentures. Nope. On 6/22/2021 they FINALLY put dentures in my mouth (I was NEVER even offered temporary dentures so you are the sum total of your insurance card there). They looked NOTHING like

I’ve been coming to Dr. Chanler for as long as he’s been in Naples and have always had wonderful care. Dr Chanler is a perfectionist who has solved quite a few of my problems over the years. Always professional, kind meticulous and knowledgeable, he, Anastasia and the rest of the staff are top notch! Highly recommended!

The disrespect that I feel from the ladies at the front desk is really disturbing. I hate to give this place a bad review because of them but it's true that they really have a tendency to set the whole mood and atmosphere. After my first visit, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day , but the disrespect continues every time I go back.
As a single mom, last time I had to take my two young children with me to my appointment. I had them sit off to the side with my cell phone to keep them occupied so they wouldn't be any kind of a disruption. One of the ladies came over and was very confrontational

I have been a patient of Dr. Chanler for the entire time he has practiced in Naples. Through the years I have needed extensive treatment and Dr. has provided that. Although there have been many staff changes through the years, currently hygienist Natasha does a thorough and excellent cleaning. Thank you too, for keeping us safe.

I have not had good experiences at Naples Valley Dental. I've had 2 fillings fall out and another one is currently falling out (I got it about six months ago). I got a root canal there about six months ago as well and now I can't even eat on that side of my mouth because that tooth is so sensitive. The dentists are all very nice but I'm unfortunately going to have to go somewhere else because I don't want anymore fillings to fall out. I am 17 so my parents set up my appointments when I first started going around 14 years old. They both had some bad experiences with the secretaries such as unprofessionalism

I love this dental practice! Dr. Chanler and his staff are so kind and compassionate and always go the extra mile. Last time I had a filling done he took the time to personally call and check in on me a couple of days later. I moved about an hour away from the practice and still make the drive for my dental needs. I would highly recommend to anyone!
