She is secure and makes you feel comfortable. She is just AWESOME. She explained everything really thoroughly, and walked me through the various pictures and x-rays so I understood everything.

Our local family practice was first established in 2001 as a private dental office at 201 Main St. Our first years there were full of fond memories, but our dream was to have our own building. Now? Our new office at 191 Main St. is situated in the restored historical corner building at the intersection of Main and Ossian.

My name is Cindy and I have been Dr Teachout's Office Manager since the founding of the practice. My dental career has spanned almost 30 years and I have worn many hats including Registered Dental Assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Financial Coordinator, and Dental Office Manager.

Dr. Teachout is the best. She is very gentle. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. T plans ahead for your long term dental needs.

I went in after advising to the secretary that i currently didn't have dental insurance. She set up the appointment and I go in extreme pain finally relieved to get some help. Infection down to my bone in my jaw and "dr" teachout advises it would be $900 dollars, i explained i couldn't pay all of it that day and no one to help. I fill out the application for care credit and it was denied. "Dr" states well i have employees to pay so i can't help you. I get the letter in the mail from care credit, office staff didn't put the address into the system properly

I had to have a lot of work done, I was in pain because of my issues, It all turned out good, They were all nice and did their jobs well. I must say as per the bad review above mine, I'm glad 5 loud kids were not there when I was, the rooms are semi open like most dentists, so I'm confused why this guy did not think of the other stressed patients and what they are going to, family dentistry is NOT the same as a family park. I like kids but wouldn't want a lot of them in that tiny waiting room being LOUD. Sorry but it's the truth.
